Our salesperson Kian (Ian) was amazing. Genuinely so lovely, accommodating, and reassuring from start to finish. He made the entire car buying process feel totally hassle free and really eased our nerves the whole way through. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and confident in your purchase.

Owners promised and agreed to a deal of gap insurance for 1$ then coming to sign paperwork they tried to slide it by and charge 800$ and not say anything until we caught it. Then didn’t proceed to honor the agreement of 1$. Owner and finance had a whole argument in front of us yelling and screaming at each other. Very unprofessional.

Ben helped me with my sale. They were dishonest about issuing a hard inquiry to multiple banks. Legend Auto will shotgun you and send you to multiple banks to close the sale. They continued to call me after letting me drive off the lot because they didn’t have all their ducks in a row! I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to deal with them

Had a wonderful experience truck shopping today. Ben was very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks on the lot, unlike most places we visited in the area. Also everyone there was very friendly and honest about the vehicles and their condition. 10 out of 10!

When I came here I found a couple nice trucked I ended up finding the truck I want and Ben is the guy who helped me a 23 year old kid that knows his stuff and worked with you hard working and will work with you he goes above and beyond to help you out he will even take your calls Amy time of day and night. This dealership sold my son (and I as I co-signed) a Cadillac Escalade that made it exactly 61 miles (the drive from sac to tracy, out home) before the motor went bad. We purchased the extended warranty out of an abundance of caution. So I was not worried.. As advised by the warranty company I took it to my Local GM dealer where they diagnosed it as needing a new motor. except the warranty company said the car was defective and not fit for sale to begin with so they wouldn’t do anything about it. I paid for the diagnostic, paid for the tow (tracy to tracy Chevrolet) and then the to back to Sacramento to the dealer. At which point they said give me 8-10 days and we will replace the motor. Then they called asking me to pay $2000 towards the new motor.. I declined as I already paid over $1000 for the toes and diagnostic work done elsewhere. That was weeks ago and they won’t even return my calls at this point. They have federal and state regulations that make it possible to get your money back regardless of what a dealer says. If it breaks right away, it was not fit for sale to begin with… those are federal and state laws that this dealer seems to think do apply to them. Now, I guess I have to hire an attorney because I’m paying for insurance and monthly payments on a car that sits back at their dealership. My son is in the marines and can’t handle these matters because he’s currently deployed overseas. .. it’s just crazy to me that they basically ignored me and my good will until I basically have no choice but to start a law suit. If you’ve read this far what I can say is this, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, they have no desire to satisfy obligations, customers or even common courtesy of returning phone calls. If there was a 0 star option I would choose it.
