For all of you that were scammed and taken for a ride by this place, PLEASE CALL A CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWYER to see about suing them! Some other places to get help are: BBB, FTC, Attorney General's Office, and filing a complaint with CA DMV. If nobody follows through with holding them accountable, they will continue to take advantage of innocent people who are not aware of their scammy business tactics. ALWAYS LOOK AT BBB COMPLAINTS for any used auto sales places BEFORE BUYING. So many of these shady used auto sales co. LET'S PUT THEM ALL OUT OF BUSINESS!!

They are not to be trusted. I was sold a truck several months ago and despite it receiving an inspection I learned later on the mechanic shop works with them to hide damage to make the cars sellable. Additionally, my vehicle sat in this same shop for a year and when I requested a copy of the records to try and understand why suddenly they couldn't provide them to me (I wonder why?) . I bought new tires recently and had them aligned, after 2 hours they did an inspection and found frame damage and concluded the truck had some kind of undisclosed accident and was shoddily repaired. Hopefully this service plan they sold me actually works and they can fix it because as of now I financed a vehicle that should've been salvaged! Of all the places you can finance a vehicle don't pick this one. They clearly knew what they were doing and work with all the repair centers in the area. You're 10-15 minutes away from all kinds of REPUTABLE auto malls from big names like a Subaru, Ford, Volvo, Folsom Lake and Roseville Auto Mall that sell cars for similar prices with better warranties. Don't make my mistake, learn from me and the other 1 stars, we WALKED so you can RUN!

We purchased a 2017 BMW and upon driving away from purchasing the engine light went on. We immediately called and salesman said they'd take care of it and to come back next morning. Upon returning they had their mechanic take a look and stated they couldn't find anything wrong and there was nothing they could. After getting upset they said they could have their mechanic take a look and see if they could find anything. We decided to take it to our mechanic which we have trust in. He found they put in the wrong type of oil filter and was not place properly. This repair was $200, we crossed our fingers but within three weeks the engine light came on again, we took back to our mechanic and they found an engine coolant problem paid $850 to repair. Then after two weeks of repair engine light came on again. We took vehicle to BMW dealer and they ran smoke through engine and showed us on video of where the crack was in the engine $300 charge. To repair this would be between 8-10,000 dollars. We ended up trading in vehicle at a $6000 loss to us plus repair costs of $1350. Run away from this place, mechanic told there was no way they didn't know about this problem.

### Terrible Experience - Beware of Scammers!
I had an awful experience with Landing Group Auto when purchasing a Lexus RX 2016 on July 12, 2023. They are outright scammers and took advantage of me in the following ways:
- I was charged over $2300 for a two-year dealer warranty without my consent.
- They charged me for oil changes even though the warranty was supposed to cover them.
- They charged me for a broken cap that I never saw.
- The sunroof does not fully open, and the dealership dismissed this as normal.
- Due to my poor English skills at the time, I feel I was taken advantage of.
- Additionally, the credit contract included a charge for a car lock that was never installed, totaling around $4000.
I am extremely upset and feel betrayed by this dealership. I urge everyone to stay away from Landing Group Auto to avoid similar experiences. I will be adding more details from the credit contract later to further expose their deceitful practices.

I bought a 2016 Buick Encore from them they said they check everything a so called 16 point inspection barley had it 3 weeks put no more then 300 miles on it, it overheated drive my daughter 6 mins away to her job!! Im having to replace the waterpump, The serpentine belt which is barely hanging on by a thread.
And the Tinchener is shot im out over 500 bucks

Recently drove over two hours to purchase a vehicle here. As we were walking up to their door Rafael introduced himself and was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process for the few hours we were there. All of the staff are friendly, genuine people and they have a great selection of vehicles. The Mercedes we came to look at was much cleaner in person despite them having great pictures on their website. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the market I’m sure they’ll have something you will like.

Don’t ever work with the managers. I’ve had my truck for 4 days 3rd day it throws a code for Transmission shift solenoid. Called and they refused to do anything and the manager was rude and disrespectful.

This place was amazing, they worked with us until we got exactly what we wanted, made it super easy. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful especially Taylor and Rafa. Drove away in our new High Country!

Madina helped us with the entire buying process and walked us through any questions we had. She made sure to be available for when we could come in and see the vehicle. She was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Chris pulled out all the stops to get us into our vehicle and keep us happy financially. I definitely recommend Lending Group Auto for anyone looking for a vehicle.
