0 stars. SCAMMERS. Stay away!I put $1500 down for a car, not only did they get keep pushing back delivery date, when it was time to get the car they wanted $500 more which was also going boost my monthly rate by $40 which wasn't what I signed or agreed to when I put my money down. When I asked for a refund, Kris silently just handed the card reader and barely said a word- whole demeanor changed. I asked how long was it gonna be until I get it back on my card, his response "however long it usually takes" just dismissive. Ended NEVER GETTING A REFUND- my Wells Fargo banker told me to call because I was getting scammed! I pull up to get my refund, and that's when magically it appears in my account but the transaction of the refund said "27th" not the original day of last week !!! They fully gave me my refund when I pulled up and they lied. They canceled the refund, and tried to be slick and issue it right when I ask for a check instead. Why would the refund not say the original date? Oh because they cancelled it. Run away. From them.Kris gives me harmful vibes, he needs to not speak to a women ever again. He was so hostile, aggressive, and walking away when I was talking. Don't know how he acts when alone.Cecila or Ceci whatever the desk lady is, rude and disrespectful. Having personal phone calls saying she's gonna "beat this bitch up- cuss this bitch out" when she's literally on the clock. I was so uncomfortable and I wanted my refund then just by that accident but I didn't speak up.Baja- talks over women seems just like Kris but better.

Baha and Paige helped my husband and I find the car of our dreams! We'd been on a very long search without success before we came to LGA. And we're so glad we did because we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. They worked really hard to locate the car we wanted at the price point we were seeking. You won't find better service or more knowledgeable people anywhere!

They wanted me to leave them a good review. I would've been more than happy to if they replaced the nearly bald tires on the car they sold me right before the rainy season. Not only are they nearly bald, but I also have to fill the rear driver side tire every single day. Every day. It goes flat below 15psi every day. They had agreed to change the front two but what good does that do?? And I live two hours away!!! Well now guess what? That tire just blew on my way to work and I am now stranded on the side of the road. Here is the review you guys deserve. Telling me the tires passed safety inspections is a load of bull, unless your safety inspections are as ridiculous as selling someone a car with tires as unsafe as these. So disappointed. And I'm guessing they took advantage of my age, I'm very young, but I'm not stupid!!

Luis Dorantes took great care of me and got me in exactly what I was looking for. 100% would recommend. The whole process did take a while but they were super busy so we understood. He also was able to find the second set of keys and mailed them to me. Thank you.

So my husband and I bought a 2018 Silverado on Saturday with a man named Thomas for $26k. Before we test drove the truck the battery was dead and it was out of gas. No biggie, they charged the battery and informed us that the tracking devices they use on their vehicles drains the batteries but the battery was healthy and regardless for our peace of mind they would replace the battery before we drove off the lot. The owner of the dealership even showed us a shelf full of batteries they have on hand for this exact purpose. Great. While test driving the truck we noticed the tire pressure light was on and we were told that would be fixed as well. Popped the hood after test driving to see the Windshield Fluid cap was broken. We were also reassured that that would be replaced.Fast forward, paper is signed and $4k down and truck is home. Not only was the tire pressure light still on, the wiper fluid cap was never replaced, and to top it all off we can’t even drive our brand new truck without the battery dying. And after calling the dealership we were told “oh we can’t get you a battery today, come on by tuesday” but go ahead and drive your brand new truck to work on Monday just bring jumper cables, might need to ask a stranger for a jump?? For your brand new truck. What happened to that shelf of batteries?? Embarrassing and very disappointing because we were originally very satisfied with our service, and it’s sad that as soon as our money was handed over that went out the window. Not to mention we had a family emergency requiring us to drive for sac to Colfax only for the truck battery to die again after being driven for 2 hours. For someone who claims to be a salesman for 10 years you’d think knowing that being a good salesman is based off creating relationships built on trust would be a given. Fingers are crossed that Lending Auto Group makes things right but unfortunately due to our experience right off the bat within the first 24 hours of purchasing, we’re not holding our breath. Just some food for thought to chew on before buying a new vehicle here. And NOW after charging the battery the car is throwing an alternator issue code. We have had this truck less than 24 hours. Looking at previous reviews it looks like we were not the only ones done wrong. Someone else here used the word “slimey” and I can’t say I blame them.

Salesman Michael was very helpful and friendly. They found us a very nice car, a better loan than our credit union and made it all a very positive experience. I highly recommend them if you want a good vehicle purchasing experience.

If there was a 0 stars option, that'd be my option. First of all this dealer is by far THE WORST in Sacramento! STAY AWAY from this business at all costs! Upon arrival Luis greeted us with disparity, very unprofessional! The whole time we were talking to this guy, he was on his phone texting and answering other clients calls while completely ignoring our presence and questions. Later on we talked to Michael who acted friendly until we requested to offer half of their money down option, after that point, we were ignored and our questions kept getting pushed back to the next day. Both are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! SCAMMERS!

They took advantage of young, first-time car buyers. They don't take care of their cars. Left the dealership with no gas and low oil. They are shady and now I'm paying off a loan way greater than what the car was listed for online. Do not trust this dealership. They don't show you the car information and have you sign agreements at the very end after you've already paid. Charged me extra on things I didn't even say I wanted. Didn't even disclose the out-of-state fees because the car was originally from Arizona. It took hours just to finally make it to the end of the process when I really needed a car, just to get taken advantage of. Make your life easier and buy a car from a better dealership.

I purchased my Silverado from Lending Group Auto. Luis went on a test ride with me and referred me to another associate to talk about numbers. It seemed the payment was going to be higher than I wanted, so I told Luis never mind I would just come in at a later time with a bigger downpayment. Luis was understanding and did not try to push me into anything, and I love that. Baha overheard and told me to give him a minute and asked me if I was willing to let him try something and if the numbers worked then if I would be willing to consider it. I told him I wanted the truck and yes of course if he could make it work I would. Baha was able to make it happen for me, and I left with the truck I wanted. Baha also helped me with referrals for aftermarket additions I was interested in told me not to hesitate to call if I need anything. They were very polite and helpful, and I had a great experience.

Bought a car from Liz she was so helpful and she did a great job. They actually told us the truth we didn’t feel any kind of sweet talk. She is a honest individual if you stop by lending group auto definitely ask for her. Paige helped us out with our financing got us a great interest rate in this market and got us way below our payment we wanted with gap and warranty. She was a very nice and my wife really couldn’t believe how sweet she was and detailed when explaining the paperwork. It’s nice to see honest dealership who has great management! Go girls you rock!

Bought a car from them for over 20k transmission went out a few weeks later I did purchase a warranty took to aamco and they told me several parts on the car were backwards and incorrect and they were surprised my car was even moving had to come out of pocket another 3k because warranty only covered part of cost. Contacted them and they directed me to one of their mechanics but I didn’t trust that considering no one caught all the backwards parts. Our sales guy however was very nice and polite no issues with employees but it’s a little shady to spend that amount on a car and transmission goes out it’s not like this was a cheap 4k car it was 20k ridiculous

Wish I could do less stars. I did not buy a car from them, thank goodness. After reading other reviews, it seems like I made the right choice. I have boughtmany cars over the years, and car salesmen are always very polite and tend to kiss your butt to get you to feel comfortable. I had to opposite experience here. When I told them a car I was somewhat interested in had higher miles than I had liked, their response was "well, we can't roll back the odometer". Uh, yeah, obviously?? When I told them I had some problems with some paint missing on the vehicle, their response was "well it's a 7 year old car, it isn't going to be perfect". I don't expect perfection, but all I am doing is pointing out reasons I don't want the car. Their job is to do what they can to make me want the car. When I called to try and see what could be done, I was met with intense "take it or leave it" attitude. That is not what I, or anyone, is looking for in a salesman. Everything they did only made me feel uncomfortable and like I couldn't trust them. If you decide to buy a car from here, I wish you all the best of luck. My guess is you will need it.

I would like to express my mixed experience with Lending Group Auto. Initially, when my husband and I purchased a 2017 Subaru WRX in September 2022, we encountered several issues with the car shortly after bringing it home. The individual handling the deal was rude, condescending, and seemed dishonest. The process felt frustrating, and it took a month to have the car fixed and returned to us. Throughout this time, the person who sold us the car, Mark, would avoid us and provide misleading information. It was an overall negative experience. However, I must highlight that our most recent interaction with Lending Group Auto has completely changed my perspective. Recently, we decided to trade in the Subaru due to practical issues such as the lack of functioning AC. Additionally, the customizations on the car had lowered its trade-in value. We reached out to Baja, who had been helpful during our initial struggle with the vehicle. I must say that Baja, along with Chris, went above and beyond to ensure that my husband found the truck he desired. Their level of empathy and understanding of our situation was truly remarkable. I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional assistance. It is worth noting that Mark, who had contributed to our initial negative experience, is no longer with the company. Instead, Baja now serves as the General Manager. Lending Group Auto should value and appreciate Baja's contributions, as he is capable of creating highly satisfied customers. In conclusion, while our first encounter with Lending Group Auto was challenging, the efforts made by Baja and Chris have restored our faith in the company. When the time comes for another trade, I will absolutely make Lending Group Auto my preferred choice.Again, Baja and Chris, thank you for everything! You guys rock!

Thankful for this YELP site and so glad that i did not purchase a vehicle from them after reading these reviews. I had an appointment for a "pre purchase inspection" and 2 hours before the inspection, i received a text that the vehicle had just been sold. I informed them that they displayed HORRIBLE customer service and that i would never consider buying from them again. Buyer beware !!! Very unprofessional all around!
