I truly only use Les Schwab Tires. They care and they fit you in even if they are busy. I happened on this location only by necessity. No appointment yet they still helped me.

I came in for a tire rotation on a Sprinter 3500 RV. They fit me with no prior notice. A Sprinter is a bit more complicated rotation, so it was really appreciated that they could get me in.

I went in for a tire balance and Jacqueline was so friendly and helpful. She even gave me a small discount for an inconvenience I had with the last shop I went to.
When I picked up the car my window wasn’t working (completely unrelated to tires) but the technician said he’d take a look at it and when I went back in the boss ended up checking it out right away and got it back to me in no time, with no additional charge.
Great service all around and wonderful employees.

Normally someone checks in with you when you walk up, but no one said anything, and no one was at the desk. Took a while for someone to come, they couldn't find my account at first but it went fine. After an hour my tire got patched and I was on my way.

When I say Jacqueline took care of me I mean that I almost left a unsatisfied customer and she made sure I was taken care of. I completely appreciate you Jacqueline and everything you did and I also appreciate the big boss.

I went early this morning right when it opened. The guys are legit and seem to know their stuff. Jay was sweet and it took almost no time to work on my tire. I was in and out so fast. Definitely coming back whenever I need work done again. Thank you Les Schwab for making my day.

Had car towed there with a flat. People there were kind and low key: no pressure to buy a higher priced set of tires, rather a lower priced set than the one I decided on was recommended. Work was done quickly and professionally. Very happy with the experience there.

Had my son and dog on a road in over 100-degree weather! I got a screw in my tire and they had us back on the road in 30 mins! Thank you so much Les Schwab! Great service!

Seemed like a scam to me. Went to have them rotate and balance tires to check if I had an out of balance tire or bad tie rod ends. The tech said the tire tread was too low and would not do it. I went home and checked with gauge and they were fine. I went to a different shop and he did what I asked no issue. This interaction left a very bad taste in my mouth and I have decided to do business elsewhere. I have done business with Les Schwab since 2005. I took my other truck to the new shop and bought tires there. 0/10 do not recommend. They just want to sell tires.

Had excellent service by Josh I believe! Live an hour away and husband was having surgery at Kaiser around the corner so I was frazzled and had a flat-He got me in quick . I had to buy a new tire but he said no prob give me ten and will get you out! No pressure, friendly, and i got back just in time for my husbands recovery and safe home to Vacaville! Always great no matter which one I have gone to! Thanks again!

Long wait but it was a Saturday and I didn’t make an appointment. They were quick to figure out the problem when they started on my car and informal about the issue. Pretty quick fix once they got the part!
