He didn’t even look at my car. Just told me what it could be and directed me to another shop. Wasn’t even the issue that he mentioned.
Went to another shop that inspected my car and found out right away that the wrong part was used.

Lou is the best!! This is the most honest and experienced shop I have ever been too. I had a coolant leak and Lou and his team found the problem quick.lou kept me updated though the process and his pricing was extremely fair. Thank you Lou!

I have been a customer at Lu's Auto repair for a few years now. Their work is great, never had a single problem with my repairs after recieving service. I actually thought I needed a specific part one time and Lu was honest and up front. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he steered me in the right direction. You cant go wrong with Lu's....and their prices are fair.

Lu was recommended to me by neighbors. And I am forever grateful.
He is fast, knowledgeable, And transparent. I have an old car. That keeps breaking for different reasons. I keep bringing it back.he and his staff are always on it. Being on my own now. Makes it’s easier. With a dependable mechanic.. I have also recommended friends and family to him And will continue to do so.

I've been going to Mr. Lu for over 15 years and he fixes what needs to be repaired with great mechanics with his assistant Kenny!!! Always decent pricing parts and labor and no hidden unnecessary repairs. Mr. Lu and Kenny...honest and excellent work!!!

I have been going here since 2002. Real reasonable, sometimes quicker than the estimated time given. My dad sent his cars here even before I started driving. I highly recommend this place!

Best mechanic in Sacramento! I like how you can buy parts and he will install for you. Fair priced and doesn't take long. Had multiple repairs done and will continue to take my cars here. He's a very honest mechanic and that's hard to come by. He won't overcharge you or tell you that you need something that you don't.
