To be honest, this 5 star review is just for Jason, the sales person we worked with originally. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything you wish your car salesman would be. If it weren’t for Jason, I would be giving a 3.5. After we were helped in a timely manner by Jason, we waited close to an hour before our next sales associate even came by the table to acknowledge us. Luckily we were already motivated buyers but they would have lost a sale if it weren’t for Jason. So my advice would be to request Jason when you stop in!!

Talk about a terrible time. Started with the wait, wasn't helped, wasn't acknowledged. Once we we're approached we were lead to the vehicle and handed the keys.Probably the only smoothest efficient part of the experience.Once we got back we waited for the sales associate, and yet again with no luck we waited. Finally found a vehicle that I liked and proceeded to want to further with the sale. When I informed them that I was already financed they informed me that they don't take personal financing.SO BASICALLY they want you to run your credit again and run it though their bank.After an hour of wasting more time and dealing with a very disrespectful finance director we decided that we'll run the credit and then they proceed to tell us the car won't be ready until tomorrow. And we hadn't even gotten to negotiations the prices yet.Moral of the story. I'd highly recommend you go through an actual reputable dealership. The sales associate and their manager where awful. I could go on but don't waste your time. There's plenty of cars else where.

Got a call from the salesmen we dealt with and agreed on a price on the phone, he told me to come in and sign the papers. Once we got there the price was NOT HONORED at all. Plenty of excuses were said while he sat there quietly. Decided to buy the car anyways and was promised a free full tank of gas with the purchase, which was ALSO NOT HONORED. After we signed papers we asked them to fill the gas like they said and the managers excuse was that “I know I said that but I don’t want to put cheap gas In ur engine” even tho a chevron is next door. Not even a 1 minute walk. I don’t recommend this dealer to anyone. I own 3 businesses and a multiple men who cant honor their word in the business world are useless men. Bad business. Absolutely Disgusting ethics. I’ve bought over 25 used cars from dealerships in over 20 year span and this was no doubt the worst. Just Because of basic ethics.

First they promised me a second key when I paid the remainder of my deposit. And yes they will add on multi things and without you knowing.BUT that's not the problem... they sold me car that I can't register, the DMV(special DMV unit) is trying to find out where the car came from. Here I am 6.5 months later.. DMV gave a temporary registration but I am still gonna get pull over because the paper plate M&S gave me expired March. We are in July.Maybe I will get a free car or my money back. But vey unnecessary stressfulness

My son is a first time buyer. He completed pre-approval online. The same day, he got a text from one of the sales agent and scheduled him to come in to test drive the car he wants and finish the paperwork. The following day, we walked in, test drive the car. He liked it and moved forward with the paperwork. In a matter of 1hr, we’re out the door and my son is driving the car!Mauricio (sales person) & Sami (finance) you both ROCK! You are the best! We have been looking for a car for awhile but never had a good experience anywhere else. At M&S auto we where welcomed by everyone but Jason the sales associate took his time to narrow down what we where looking for. He was patient and took everything we said into consideration. After his expert advice we found the car we loved. Then we met the Financial department and everyone was helpful and nice. When picking the car up the next day they had it cleaned and detailed . 10 out of 10 for over all experience and hospitality.

Firstly, purchasing a vehicle from M & S Auto has been the best auto purchasing experience of my life. From Brian, our salesperson to Sami, the finance manager. The entire process was pleasant and moved along smoothly. We were treated with respect and just like family. Everyone was very professional, and their attention to detail made this the best experience. We even met the owner who took the time to make sure we felt welcome, and we were taken care of. If you're in the market for a vehicle you definitely need to visit M & S Auto in Sacramento. In fact, they should be your first and last stop.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from M&S auto. Their services and the care they take to help you choose the vehicle of your choice and liking is great. They're not pushy or anything. They have their own shop and mechanics on-site so if there's an issue they're able to take care of it there unlike other smaller uses car dealerships.

Avoid M&S Auto Sacramento - buyer beware. Bought a car for my son last March. 20k Also purchased a 2500.00 warranty.The car after a month was in for several repairs, electrical issue with the window. Then for car overheating….. took it in and m&s mechanic said it had a coolant leak. New parts and repairs done at M&S by the mechanic on site. 3 repairs in first 3 months. A few months later same breakdown - this time on a freeway. Also told coolant leak…. Again. Towed to warranty company contractor. And told by warranty company repairs not covered. Told it would take 19 hours of labor to just to verify but and costs quoted. Car value is equal to potential repairs. Had this car a year! Oil changes done on time and bought new tires . Not used for commute. We were so very thrilled with the service at point of sale. I now feel we are victims of fraud. M&s Sold us a car with a known defect. They didn’t fix the violent leak but charged for the fix and labor. And no reply to my email I sent. Glad I keep good records. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

It's been one year since I purchased my vehicle from M&S Auto. I pay for the highest warranty available. When I first purchased the truck I had an hour and a half drive back home with it. The tech forgot to put coolant in it. Got home to realize my rear slider window latch was broken. Refused to fix it due to it being the entire assembly, and costing too much. Couple months later my rear tail gate handle stops working. They tell me to call Toyota, and buy a new one. Not offering any reimbursement whatsoever. Fast forward to winter. The reason I bought a 4WD in the first place. A leak starts from my drive side grab handle. Not just a leak, but pouring water into my vehicle. After multiple calls to the dealership, and to the warranty company. Yet again they refuse to do anything about it leaving me with a major problem now. Telling me I can go to THEIR repair facility 2 hours away, and pay full price. As of this morning I find under my passenger side floor mat. White mold growing, and so much water I'm going to have to pay out of pocket to have the entire carpet pulled and replaced. Overall the sales team was great. Everything beyond that has been a complete nightmare.Truck payments of $500/month with an absolutely useless warranty. Multiple problems, and zero help whatsoever.Please save yourself the headache. Go elsewhere.
