My foster son had been in Kinder Care for a few months. He started out in infants and had recently been put in toddlers. He is doing great. Tha staff are awesome and they keep you updated on what's going on. I love the pictures they send in the app when the kids are doing new and fun things. I could not be happier with the way staff takes care of my lil man. And he loves his infants teachers and is now growing with his toddler teachers and seems to be adjusting great. It had been a 5 star experience from day one. Keep up the good work ladies!!!!

I have all my kids here and they love it so much. They each have formed their own bonds with their daycare teachers and even my newborns are flourishing. I love that they update about their day and send pictures through their app all day. They also help my older kids with their homework so by the time I get them after work, I get to spend quality time with them (: thank you!

Let this be a warning!!!!! Let my grand baby tell me one more time the teacher is mean to her This school needs to hire better teachers and fire the ghetto ones.. The scripted reply is unnecessary!!!!!! Train the staff ..These teachers play a DANGEROUS GAME when it comes to treating our kids wrong. Not all parents will stand bye and let them do this. .

This is the worse place to leave your children, if you don't expect the people that you left them in the care of to actually do their jobs and watch your children. If you complain somehow you become the problem. My grandson was attacked several times (Different days) by another child and this place did nothing, he was hit with a metal chair on his head that was launched at him there was a request for a parent caregiver meeting put in by my daughter and she was told by the lady was in charge of the center that they don't do meeting's. This meeting could have resolved the whole matter but no, so the attack happened again. But guess who was put out of the program, it definitely was not the child that attacked my grandson, the unenrolled him and let the child that clearly has some problems with keeping his hands to himself stay in the program. My daughter went to pick up the baby (Different child) and upon arriving she noticed him chewing on something when she got to him he was chewing on a large wwod chip my daughter complained but the center seem to not give a DAM. This place should be closed down and revamped with totally different staff and a different policy I would absolutely not let these rude, uncaring, unprofessional, bobblehead busted women watch my dog. Please take heed and find another place to leave your children. I will say this my grandson had been in the care of this center for 7 year's it wasn't until they changed staff when the problem of them not giving a dam started. Buyer be wear. UPDATE: I was contacted by corporate saying that the matter would be passed on to the local office. But this will do no good due the fact that my daughter has spoke to a person in corporate by the name of Kelly Wagmam, and she contacted the local office, and incidents continued to occur going unaddressed. My daughter was attacked by the abusive childs mother stating that she was told by a staff member that my daughter was quote, unquote talking shit about her. By the way my daughter is 7 months pregnant and having to defend herself from this attack. Jessica and Chanel, came out and seen this other mother slap my daughters hand.(Weather they admit it or not). Contacting the local office will do no good, that whole office needs to be revamped completely with new staff. And polices should be reviewed and updated. When an incident or discrepancy occurs parents should be able to come together with mediation to come to an agreed solution so that these things don't continually occur.

I haven't had any bad experiences with the TEACHERS and adults... HOW EVER the kids there ? Yea NO! My daughter who is 4 comes home NEARLY EVERYDAY with a incident report or telling me somebody hurt her. My daughter face IS SO MESSED UP! Her arm is messed up as well. Kids pinch , hit , throw things.. etc. I LITERALLY HAVE OVER 6 Incidents papers! Literally.. I'm so over it, the area 1. Is bad .. and the kids that go there obviously learning horrible behavior. My daughter is so loving , caring & sweet. She asked me to take her out the school. It sucks that i have to do this because kinder care is soooo close to my home. DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS IN HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BE PHYSICALLY ABUSED BY STUDENTS.

My nephew attends here and has for almost two years. He loves miss Alisha. Quality child care is hard to come by. Kindercare has a consistent curriculum. But not every location is the same this one has something special with all the educators and director. We pay full tuition to attend here. Most people with complaints on here receive assistance and still don't appreciate what this facility harbors for their children.

This is not a quality child care program. I took a tour and would not put my son in there. 1 teacher for 12 two till three year olds may be the legal limit for licencing, but it does not reflect quality. Have you ever been alone in a room with 12 two year olds? Doesn't sound like a very good idea to be by yourself with all that. They have a floater teacher to help out between classrooms, but they can't be everywhere at once. Another red flag was that they had McDonald's advertised on their train table. A little picture of the golden arches does not promote literacy, just obesity. Their toys were also kinda beat up and the materials available for the children to play with did not seem like they reflected intention. I would not put my child in the toddler program, and I would strongly advise you to look thoroughly and ask a lot of questions before you put yours in....
