I wasn’t aware they you are not allowed to feel or lay on the mattresses… you would think for such a big purchase you’d at least be able to. I had an employee confront and yell at us for doing that today, then proceeded to simply sit on a bed and gossip with another employee. And to think I almost took out a credit card and purchase not one but, two mattresses but after this, I felt so uncomfortable and felt she lacked professionalism, class and basic customer service.

On June 15th 2024, I went to this Macy's location to shop and show one of my relatives, who just arrived to the U.S., around. I asked the parking lot clerk if parking would be waived if I shop here. He said yes as long as Macy's validates the parking ticket. We browsed around and decided to buy some food in the preztel store inside Macy's. Macy's validated my parking ticket with a stamp and we headed downstairs.
Once we got to the parking stall, I gave the clerk the validated ticket but he/she gave me a hard time and asking for a macy's receipt. I told him I only bought the some food but Macy's did validate the ticket, which is what he/she needed. They/them said no that's not valid and needed a receipt. We argued a little bit and he started to waste my time so I decided to go upstairs to ask for assistance. Store manager asked me to go downstairs to resolve the issue and man they for sure wasting my time at this point so I just bought a lipstick to get out. Got no time to waste because I need to take my relative to other places.
The whole experience was terrible especially the parking clerk. Totally wasting my time and ruined my day. My whole family of 7 wasted 1 whole hour because of this. DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! And I definitely recommend everyone not to.

Great Macy's location. Nice that it's walkable from the hotels nearby. Needed a tie last minute, the staff was able to help me find the right place, and I was in and out and on time to my meeting!

The lady who works at the intimates section is super helpful and nice, on the bottom floor they are very polite as well. Good place and friendly employees.
