I made an expensive jewelry purchase and was treated very poorly by an employee when picking it up. I reached out to management who seemed very sympathetic and understanding. However the manager did not deliver on their promises. I will not be returning to Macy’s. Especially for a jewelry purchase. Very disappointing.

The store is generally good. However, there is an issue with people driving the wrong way and too fast in the parking lots. Even though the security staff sees them doing this, they often ignore it. Please be cautious when moving around the parking area.

They finally put a Starbucks in this place. They had a great sale on women's shoes, so I sauntered over and bought some Betsey Johnson sandals for my mom and a pair of Brooks running shoes from a very knowledgeable sales person in the running shoe section. I would go back again.

Amazing store . Greg the store manager is super professional and nice amd so is Dominic. Ally is such a sweet personality snd so is Gary. By far the best Macys i have been shopping at. Mani and Brandi are amazing too and so is Josh. This management is greatly appreciated.
