Ownership changed, seems like the service got laid off like the old staff. Placed an order with the old staff before ownership apparently changed (as I was told by my new contact.) New management (specifically the sales manager Shane) "lost" my order, probably because they realized they could jack the price of my car up thousands of dollars if they didn't sell it at the agreed upon price when I ordered it. Terrible experience, Shane was rude and lied to my face about the order. Very condescending and hostile for no reason. Acknowledged the mistake was on their end but wouldn't fix it. Lied to me about the previously agreed upon price and said the new management wouldn't honor it. Acted like I was being completely unreasonable for asking what could be done after having my order lost and price increased under me. He pretended to rectify it by offering me a similar model but never followed up. I will shout out Chito, the salesperson who was given my order by the new Management after the old team got laid off. He was super nice and deserves to work under better management. Not sure if he was stringing me along when investigating the order issue but at least he was friendly. I hope someone reads this and avoids ordering or buying a car here. I bought that same car (plus a few options) at Marin Mazda instead and had a great experience!

I had a terrible experience at a prior dealership, and Abraham really took his time to help me. He explained everything during the process, I didn't feel rushed or like I was being forced to buy something! Abraham went above and beyond to get me a car I wanted and worked with my credit!

Abraham Seminario is your MUST go to guy at Maita Mazda! I've bought used cars from private owners my whole life thinking that was the best deal. I just bought a fairly new 2021 Mazda CX-5 something I never thought I'd do. However, with Abraham's help...it ended up being more affordable to buy my 2021 CX-5 than the older versions I was looking at with a TON of miles. Abraham really went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I got everything we wanted, nothing more and nothing less. He followed up with us the next day to make sure my wife and I where happy. Mazda is getting some of the best reviews on the most respected car review sites. I would absolutely recommend going in and meeting with Abraham at Maita Mazda if you're at all curious about their new or used cars. Abraham Seminario laid it out, asked us what we wanted, then went to work to find us the best deal (which was a RIDICULOUS deal) I am a person who reads every word in the fine print, so purchasing a car I am extra careful to make sure I'm getting exactly what's been conveyed to me. Abraham was transparent and the paperwork backed him up. When our family and friends need cars, We are sending them there. I think we are still in shock (a day later) that we bought our fairly new car...but Abraham won us over and we will be back again. From the start, the salesman, Abraham Seminairo, was very honest with us about out-the-door prices and assured us there were no tricks, shady sales tactics, hidden fees, or forceful purchases such as the protective packages like Elk Grove Mazda. Along with his honesty, he was laid back while also maintaining full professionalism which made us very comfortable. He kept his promises and he was willing to do what he can to give us the best deal. He definitely made strong efforts to prove why Maita Mazda was the best Mazda dealership to choose from in the greater Sacramento area and he absolutely delivered. We are so happy with our purchase and love our new CX-50!

I had a really time-restricted day, but had to buy my son his first car. I worked with Abraham and he made this a very quick and painless experience. He treated my son very well. He also worked with his finance team to provide a much better interest rate than my bank was offering me and this was much appreciated.

My sales associate Fritz was a tremendous pleasure to work with during my 2022 Miata purchase. He made the entire process simple, easy and fast. It was a joy to chat with him as he has experience in Motorsports and racing. He was honest, upfront, passionate, respectful and sincere. If you are in the market for a Mazda and especially a Miata, Fritz is the person to go to. I contacted over 40 Mazda dealers in California looking for my ND2 Miata at a good price. Fritz and Maita Mazda were the only person/dealer that met my demands. I live 2 hours away and made the drive because of that. Highly recommended!

Abraham Seminario was the sales person I worked with at Maita Mazda. He was very kind and friendly, easy to talk with, and did not provide any pressure. He was helpful throughout the process. I then worked with Ron Kaulen in finance to complete the deal. He was also a very nice and enjoyable person, great to work with. He explained all of the available add-ons, showed how much each one added to my payment, and let me choose if I wanted to include them. In the end, I felt that I got a very fair deal for a wonderful car. I look forward to continuing to work with Maita when I need service or maintenance. I felt like they really took care of me, and welcomed me into their dealership.

My wife and I purchased a CX 5 from this company. Abraham was our sales person. I can not say how pleasurable the experience was. We have bought many cars in our life and not once has a dealer followed through with what they promised. No Hagler or hassle. Mazda Maita has our business from this time forward. I would also recommend Abraham as a sales representative. He really means what he says and backs what he promises.

We brought our car at this location last year. Great service we were in and out. I didn't want to go with my husband to get the car. I didn't want to spend hours there. End up being very great experience. Since we brought the car I have been back for the oil changes. Everyone is very helpful and service gets done as soon as I drop off the car. The let me know how everything went and even send me videos of what was worked on. Also what was found if anything.

Staff here is super friendly and honest. Jason in parts went the extra mile for me the last 2 weeks and tracked down a part for us which was an easy purchase and they shipped out right away and he personally made sure i had the tracking info and remembered me! Hes even into miata mx5 too!
