I've been having an on ongoing issue with my account in regards to insurance..... I was so ready to go tik Tok famous over their lack of customer service and their lack of concern over their lack of customer service. I'll tell you that I visited for stores in four different areas and no one seemed to care one way or the other if I ever solved my problem...... My last resort was my nearest Metro PCs location...... (Cierra) whom always assists me and is always helpful each and every time I have an issue that brings me inside a store. I was beyond frustrated when I walked in the door and advised her as it was clear to see. She heard me out and acknowledged that she too would be frustrated if she were going through this same situation she totally took ownership of my problem and help me find a solution that I am more than satisfied with I wish that there were employees like her all over especially at the Metro stores. I hope that management or the owner of her specific store sees this comment so that they can put her where she can be utilized best teaching and training. Good service is so hard to find. If I could give 150 ⭐ I would!!!!!

I really would appreciate it if the inconvenience fee wasn't in place when I have to show up at the store in person. After all;it takes my time,effort,& fuel costs to show up in person each time I pay my phone bill;let alone you all charge an extra $4(convenience fee)so who's really the convenience serving?

My husband and I went to get the glass replaced on my LG Stylo 5 phone. We had been thinking about upgrading from LG to Samsung. We were helped by Abeel and Ericka. I can't say enough GOOD STUFF about them. Abeel went out of his way to transfer ALL my pics to my SD card so I wouldn't lose them. The transfer took 10 minutes at least (I'm a new grandmother and have a ton of baby pics). He was very knowledgeable and friendly and patient with us. Explained everything about our new phones and answered all our questions. Then he passed the ball to Erika to ring us up and activate our new phones and she was very friendly and patient as well. This was a truly a great experience!! I had some issues with my SD card later in the day and called Abeel who told me to bring the new phone back in and he would get them resolved. I went in the next day and he took care of my issues. I am more than satisfied. I am a very happy camper. I would recommend this to place to anyone and everyone for you mobile phone needs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Needless to say in the future I will count on them exclusively to take care of all my issues...upgrades...and anything else I might want or need. Excellent customer service!!

This may have switched to t-mobile. But as Sprint it was a decent establishment. But when it is now fully t-mobile . They are empty and no costumers. I am disabled and could not have a seat while I waited to find out if the have a phone in stock. I would never come again and will never be a t-mobile costumer .plain awful business. P.S I found my phone at a different location and switching plans their loss .

This store sold me 2 wall chargers for my phone, I go home and they won't plug in. Had to go elsewhere to get one that works. Then today, I go to bring the ones back that are wrong and they say NO REFUNDS... EVEN THOUGH THEY SOLDME DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT...BOOTSY AF

I went to get me a IPhone charger, one of the customer service representatives.. Was directly in front of the door smoking a cigarette. No respect for others.. I brought it up to his colleague's attention, she said he does it all the time. Even though she's constantly brought it up, to his attention. I politely let him know, how rude it is..He said is that right?! Not caring at all.

Horrible customer service. This used to be my go to Metro store because the employees were always helpful. I will never step foot in this place again. If you want awesome service, don’t waste your time and head to another location.

To start things off this is an actual Metro store not an "authorized retailer". I came in one day because I needed a new phone service. I brought my phone in from a different company and it was a breeze. I was helped by "Junior". His service was great and he is very knowledgeable. I ended up porting my number and was in and out in about 15 minutes. They also have payment machines so you can make a payment on their if you want to skip the lines and fees, the machine only takes cash and debit cards only.

I have to say... If I could I could rate them negative stars, I would. I came to them when my iPhone wasn't working. They looked at me and said there was nothing they could do. They didn't offer any advice other than I could go without a phone or buy a new one. I need a phone for work, so I had no choice but to buy one. I bought an Android because I didn't want to downgrade. They assured me it would do what I needed it to do. Two days later, I was back because the phone wasn't handling anything. Their option was to replace it with the same one. I called Metro customer service and they told me to return to the store for an exchange for a different phone. Ok. I show up and they tell me they don't do that. I call customer service to verify. Now customer service is telling me they don't do that and the representative misspoke. Finally, I get the representative to agree to an even exchange. The store tells me they don't do that either. No one is on the same page about anything. The store manager, Rosetta, had the nerve to pull me over to the display and show me the price that I could pay to buy another one. It was the SAME PRICE. She didn't offer any kind of credit or anything because of my experience. She talked down to me like I was some stupid child. It's not my fault no one can keep their stories straight. I have been a customer of theirs for years and up until now, I have never had a bad experience. Don't waste your time with Metro. Since they merged, customer service is crap. They have no respext for loyal customers. All they care about is money.
