T Mobile store at delta shores always have an extra help to expedite the speedy customer service experience. In the last six months I visited this location 3 times and crew provided me the best service.

The excellent customer service provided by PJ Sartan earned this particular T Mobile location a 5-star based on my experience yesterday when I upgraded to an Apple 14 phone. PJ is very, very knowledgeable and tried her best to get me the best deal I can get. I have been with T Mobile for more than 3 years now after switching from the terrible experience I have had with AT&T. I have had no issues whatsoever with T Mobile. Whereas with AT&T I have to call almost every month for them to correct their inaccurate phone bill. Hence, I switched and convinced many of my relatives, friends, and colleagues to switch to T Mobile because AT&T sucks!!!

Great store. Had to go in because I changed my plan and was confused about a few things on my new plan. Mikey helped get me all sorted out, giving me a visual explanation of everything. Great customer service! Thank you TMO & Mikey!

T mobile personnel Mickey Ruperto is very helpful for updating our phones and he’s knowledgeable to what my family plans needed. He’s also friendly and easy to understand explaining what is our options are.

Mikey at the Delta Shores store is amazing! I had a complicated situation and he didn't give up until it was resolved. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.

The customer service I received today from Liz was outstanding. I arrived at the metro by metro on delta shores 5 minutes to closing. I was trying to transfer My phone number from AT&T to metro. However when I arrived and tried to call AT&T to transfer my phoneThey disconnected my call several times here it here it was 7:30 p.m. after closing and Liz not only was patient and understanding she actually attempted to call herself. Then after a long way of no assistance assistance from AT&T she offered me a metro phone with a discounted rate She set up the phone was very patient offer me all the service that I needed that I needed I honestly felt as if I was a family member of hers that she was assisting and not just a customer. This by far was the best service I have ever received at a cellular wireless company not only will I guarantee that all my kids will be at metro PCS but I will never do service with AT&T again. Liz was outstanding very patient very informative and just overall a great customer service rep

Took my neice to purchase a new phone. Andi greeted us outside the store and checked us in. Kevin helped with the phone purchase and setting us up. Very grateful this store and especially the employees, are following CDC guidelines. They were both friendly and Kevin was patient with answering all my questions and very professional. I'd recommend this T-Mobile to friends and family for their services.

I switched from sprint and i was supposed to get a $650 credit which was going on like a gift card but I never received the agent that worked with me to set up this new account was supposed to submit it and i guess he never did. I do not recommend switching over when they are offering this "deal"

I'm giving one star is because I had a good experience once with this store over a year ago when I upgraded my iPhone 8 Plus for the iPhone XSMax. Other than that I came in last week to use my JUMP plan and get the new iPhone 11 pro I know materialistic much? Anyway, I came here on a Thursday at 7 pm so 1 hour before closing. I showed up 100% ready to switch phones so I had down payment in hand and my phone backed to the icloud and such. First thing I tell him is I'm ready to switch to the 11 pro and he's like oh I don't think we have any they sell out super quick so I'm like oh that's fine can you check anyway? He was not at all quick to check instead of going in the back he asked me what color I wanted I was like well I'm not picky either the silver or space grey but let me know what you have and he proceed to get allllll my information instead of checking first if they have the phone. I also made it clear I wasn't interested in having the phone shipped to my home so it was either he had it or I wouldn't get it from that store. I thought I'd have enough time to stop somewhere else. He gets all my info and asks me if I have the phone on me, yes of course I did I knew how it worked. Next he goes in the back and takes a cool 5 minutes comes back with the space grey iPhone pro and he is holding it in his hand and I tell him that's the color I want and he still takes a moment to absorb the words and say the space grey? He was very slow then what made me sure I never come back is that as he was checking my iPhone he went to read the IMEI and he said it didn't match and I told him I had to get a new one from Apple themselves bc of a screen issue but my imei wasn't wrong. He made me call 611 so T-Mobile support to "update" my imei and when I called gave me pin and read them the IMEI I saw on my phone they said "we already have that IMEI synced to your account it's been synced since you placed your SIM card on the phone" the dude was like uhhhhhhhhhhh. As I hung up with the nice T-Mobile dude the employee was clicking on the same code as if it would change? Then he told me I could come back tomorrow when a manager might be in to override it and for it to work? If a manager wasn't closing in the first place or someone capable of having decent costumer service why stay open?? If I ever had to deal with him again I'd really just leave T-Mobile rather than deal with him. He didn't give me his name but he had a necklace with the letter 3 on it and he said it was his basketball number. I hope he's better on the court than on the job.
