This Metro by T-Mobile location was a welcoming store.
The people who helped me replace phones were really kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
Dave provided helpful insight to the functionalities of different phones. I felt comfortable enough to do online research of the phones I was interested in while in the store. I felt like the shopping experience was awesome because it was pressure-free. I was at ease with the team.
Their pricing was generous, and they hooked us up with a great deal for accessories as well.

Wow, they told me my phone got wet, they quickly hid my SIM card from me instead of showing me it was wet!!! everything was working when I went there except the phone would not make a phone call, I just put a different SIM card in it that no longer has a paid account and the phone went from no SIM card to saying emergency calls only, I will never but a phone there again, I will only go to corporate stores for now on!!! that phone NEVER got wet!!!

They have good customer service sometimes depending on the person because they really don't like to help you at all or try to fix the problem when you bring a problem to them and it's crazy how someone can work behind a counter at a phone place and don't know how to fix a phone or a problem when you bring it to their attention on top of that they sold me earphones that didn't work and then when I try to bring them back for them to fix it they didn't know how to and whenever that you try to call they never answer the phone no matter when their hours are I've been calling for a week straight and they have not answered the phone it would prevent me from coming into the store because I work mostly almost full time and I was trying to cancel it my account because someone stole my phone but they didn't answer the phone as usual very poor service to me

I have had the best experience at this store! It was a super easy process! David was very helpful and had the best customer service I've ever received he gave me a great deal and worked with me for my budget to make sure I walked out with a phone I recommend this store 1000% if you go I recommend working with and asking for david you will not be disappointed
