We showed up at 10:30 to look at some accessories. (They open at 10:00am) Walked up to the entrance and young lady was just opening the front door. She glanced at us and quickly stepped inside turned around and closed the door. We looked confused and shocked. We stood and waited for about five minutes looking at her inside the store. We tried to open the front door in hopes to get her attention. She was ignoring us. A good customer service staff person would have turned around said I am sorry I am running late I can help you in a few minutes. We would have been understanding. Nothing. Another T-Mobile store was about two blocks away so we walked to there. They were amazing! I am not one to leave reviews but I feel this was needed.

The man that helped me Halo so so nice. So so helpful. Would recommend Metro to any person looking for a cell phone or cell phone, accessories or new customers. The place is awesome

ThUseless, lazy staff!!!
woman at this location was not even attempting to help or do any actual work. She tells me there is a restriction on my account but doesn't bother finding out what. She tells me there are no deals available.unless I was porting a number from another carrier, not even if I added a line with new number. She doesnt even pretend to be trying nor does she even try to at least pretend to want to sell me a phone. She tells me customer service only has the same deals offered at the store. She doesnt even call.
So I called, was on hold for 10 minutes, got a deal on A35, ordered it with new number, and done with call in 17 minutes.
Btw, the restriction would not have prevented the lazy woman at the store to access my account if she would have actually wanted to do some work.

I came by at 4:50 on a Friday afternoon and door was locked from the outside. All the stores around Sacramento seem to be closing, but the ones who are still operating could at least keep their posted hours.

Super scammy salespeople. My partner was starting a new plan and I wanted to hop on as a third line when I arrived in Sacramento. This location wouldn't offer anything below $140/month prepaid for two lines, which is outrageous bc MetroPCS advertises as low as $90 for three lines on their website. If you can't offer that in-store, then explain to customers how to call in and get the better plan. These staffers are just worried about their commissions, not about your ability to afford your phone service. They are outright lying to customers. Go to Oak Park. The guys there will sort you out better.

Here's what you need to know about Metro by T-Mobile: They have good phone coverage in city areas because they use the same towers as T-Mobile. The price is affordable and the best part is there are no annual contracts or hidden fees. What you see is what you get. Another plus about Metro is you can bring your own phone as long as it is unlocked and compatible. Or you can purchase one of their budget-friendly phones if needed. They don't always have the best selection of phones, but that hasn't been an issue for me. Their customer service has also been very helpful the few times I have contacted them. Overall, if you want an affordable no-contract cell phone plan that still provides excellent nationwide coverage, I highly recommend checking out Metro by T-Mobile.

almost no iphones in stock to select from. why have a store open if there are no phones to choose from? you also can’t order any online to let them know you want one and can pick it up.

It's dirty, they have bugs all up in the store, it's next to a light rail station that a lot of the transient population congregate at. And to top it off the employees are rude.

Very helpful man that was working there that day I think he could have used a little help because there were quite a few customers waiting to be helped but he was pleasant and knowledgeable
