Came in to purchase a second business phone and the lady said their entire store was empty and only had one flip phone at the store in stock. Don’t know her name but she was nice I thought it was a joke at first and I still feel like it was because what business would even be open if they had one phone? Plus two workers.

The staff is friendly, even though I honestly don't look at as many phones as I've seen in other stores with more variety, but the service is good.

Purchased a new phone but had to pick it up at a different location and even though I prepaid I was made to wait in line again at the next store for them to give me the phone I already paid for.

Well they had plenty of employees their most of them very friendly. As well as training a a couple of people as well. Their system was down again. For a program in which I was trying to qualify for. I haven't had the time to go back either been extremely sick. As soon as I can though I will be going back to see if I qualify for it. That way I can get some money back. $250 later on a plan with a phone and a tablet. So I guess will see soon enough
