Their customer service is very poor very hot tempered after I bought a phone here my device I had insurance on had brought back to the company to try to get a replacement phone they demanded I paid $300 then they purposely closed my tablet accounts even though I had paid them all the way up until the next pay date and said I didn't pay the bill and I am unable to access these accounts since

I had the worst experience at the store that I've ever had.. the lady charge me for stuff I didn't ask for my bill was supposed to be $100 a month it was $171 after she was through she wouldn't put my phone number on to the phone said it was not possible she was rude and I would never ever go in there again I would say nobody else should either

We came for a new phone and they had a stickey note that said they will be back in 30 minutes, it has passed 1 hour and nobody showed up. A bunch of customer just left with out of service. Really bad service in this location.

I'm not too interested in Metro by T-Mobile. There's an employee that works at the store in Discovery Plaza that practices deceitful sales techniques. Plus if he can steal some part of your payments, & transfer them to cover his own payments he'll do it.
