The young lady was so helpful with assisting me purchase a phone for my brother in-law. She was so sweet and attentive I even came back to bring her Sees Candy. Thank you smari. We discussed what options would be best for him since he is not so good with technology. I will be visiting this location for now on.

Extremely unhappy right now it says they’re open until 7 PM. I arrived at 6:50 and the doors are locked. The woman did open the door to let me know that she could not help me. I need to pay my phone bill in cash and even though they still had 10 minutes open, she claims her management made her lock the doors, and that her register was already shut down so now I’m stranded over here with out being able to pay my phone bill because they wanted to close Early, Sorry, but I rely on my GPS to get me where I’m going. I literally got written directions from Work to get here in time to pay my phone bill. Very poor customer service extremely unhappy right now.

DO NOT, I repeat do NOT do business with these people. They don't honor their 14 day return policy for their phones. I bought a phone that sucks and tried to return it two days after purchase. Deisy who works here is also extremely rude and ignorant, the manager Paula is also completely useless. There's a reason this store has so many 1 star reviews. Take your money elsewhere, don't do business here.

This is the place to go for all your Metro PCS needs. I've had service since 2004 and this Store is by far the best. Bianca provides great customer service, she's friendly and very knowledgeable.

A young representative person Isabel is a amazing customer service. She was not only a amazing customer service but she is talented and very professional. I am amazed by her performance and how patient she was handling the customers by herself. She multi tasking! Thank you Isabel for your amazing performance.

Great and courteous customer service. The store is fully stocked. The employees seem upbeat and happy to assist at all times. They also seem extremely knowledgeable when it comes down to recommending the right supplements. The store is also very clean. Prices are a bit high in comparison to the online companies, but you get that customer service and knowledge and it is very helpful when purchasing this kind of product.

The store is clean, the staff is nice and seem eager to help, we've been offered free samples while we browse the store, but let's face it.......the prices are super inflated compared to what you can find online. Unlike shopping online, you can guarantee these products are authentic. They do have a great selection of items to pick from even though the store is a little small.

Yesterday I went to GNC to return 2 protein powders and 1 pre work out, I got them when they were buy 2 get 1 free, I paid $92 for all. It was my first time purchasing these powders a nice employee recommended them to me.. he told me if i didn't like them I could return them for whatever reason. After a couple weeks I decided to return all of it, I didn't really like the flavors beside the pre work out but i wanted my $92 back... So yesterday I went to return them right before closing and it was only me and the employee there his name is ISAAC and he is the rudest employee! I walked in and told him nicely I wanted to return these products because i simply didn't like them... then some lady walks in wanting to buy something and he stops helping me to help her!! I am at the register waiting.. and the lady stands right next to me while he starts ringing her up, as he's helping her now instead of me they both start chatting it up and talking about where they're from, laughing etc.. at this point I'm pissed off because I was there first !! He's literally talking to her for about 5 minutes.. like are you f***ing kidding me!? RUDE! so the lady leaves and now he's finishing up my return.. he continued to ask AGAIN why I'm returning them! I had told him I didn't like them! I don't understand why he needs an explanation!? I told him the other employee told me I could return it for WHATEVER REASON !!!!! He says "well I don't understand why you're returning them but whatever" OK??? I did not appreciate him asking me about 10x why I was returning them.. anyways I'm waiting for him to process the return, he's taking his sweet a** time and talking to himself under his breath I could hear him mumbling .. I'm thinking to myself "this guy is a f***ing idiot" after about another 5 minutes waiting for my receipt he hands it to me and says NOTHING at all... not a "here you go, have a good night" NOTHING... I take my receipt and I also don't say nothing back to him. Seriously the rudest employee there, never had any problems returning stuff. He acted as if he was the owner, policy STATES that i can do returns for whatever reason!! I hope he gets fired. I will be calling AND emailing corporate as well. This is not acceptable, GNC needs to train their employees better .
