I’m disappointed at my self to give 1star. I’d rather give zero star! Reading the reviews and there’s a lot of negative complaints. And that’s was 4years ago! They should be better today 2023 and yet no one is making sure of that. Just went there yesterday march 21 23. And they are so unprofessional. I walked in and they all looking at each other like they are forced to help us. No wanted to help me and there was 4 of them. And only 2 person and we never got the help we asked for. Please do better in the future you’ll get better reviews! Customer service bad bad! Please just shut down your store if no improvement!

this store is horrible and the woman who serves is horrible. she gave me a bad service she didn't want to help me. On the contrary, she wanted to scam me, she didn't want to sell me a sim card and even though I talked to customer service because they sent me to the store to buy a sim card and that they could only give me a sim card if I transferred my number to metropcs and that i needed to get the $80 or $90 plan that the $40 one i could not be get apart from that, she was very rude, neither me nor the customer service was respected, she did not want to help us the experience that happened was really horrible I do not recommend this store besides, she wanted to sell me a more expensive phone when I got it cheaper in another metropcs store I don't know if she kept that money or the store but in any case she wanted to scam me

So i called yesterday at 6:50 PM 9/18/22. I was told that I had to go in store and order the phone and I would receive it when it came in. Spoke with Juan and Brian today and was told that told different from yesterday. My daughter showed up and was told that she could only place it online and was denied.person who was on shift was Juan Shakar Brian and Joseph. Avoid this store since they think that this is ok.11/1/22Supposed owner repaonds with a bot response. Once again if the owner was on top of this they would have not responded so late. Avoid this store this is an honest experience.

Had a great experience. Young lady was very nice and professional. She was patient and thorough.... even called for help when she wasn't sure about the system. I would definitely come back again.

Don't ever go to this place they are never open when they should be open. They choose there own hours when they are open and do not update or post anything online for updates to store hours. They should just close this location. They are a joke.

My husband and I visited Tmobile location in Arden Mall Sacramento CA (1st floor) to have my screen protector replaced. I asked the young man if they have screen protector for my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra @ first he said, no. Then he asked his two (2) coworkers inside a male & a female coworkers both said there's nothing available/ no stock and mind you there's no customer inside the store they were just chatting with each other didn't even bother to look/check. So I asked if we can go inside the young man let us in. My husband & I went look for ourselves & there it was. My husband called the young man & he got me the screen protector. So the 2 staffs blatantly lied to us & that really upset me but I kept my composure. To the Tmobile management, I'm very disappointed with your staffs & maybe you need to remind & retrain your employees about customer service. My husband and I have been with Tmobile for about 14+ years & we deserve better than this. Also didn't get an apologies from your staffs but instead they both walked away. I just hope that your staff(s) don't treat other customers the way we were treated. Date and time of our visit 2/19/22 @ approximately between 1600-1700.

The whole purpose of going to a corporate store was to avoid problems.. The person rings me up wrong....I point it out then they don't want to correct their mistake. I wanted the posted price. Then I am told it takes 3 to 5 days to get a refund. As a means of keeping the money from the mistake they made. I have to go back to work this debate was taking even more time. So I told him just leave the money I want to go they did not give me the phone at the posted price. So to be funny the other clerks they do have a nice day when I was clearly upset about being overcharged. And when I said I'm the one that had to point it out. She says over the register does it automatically. So I guess the register gipping people automatically. Buyer beware check your purchases before you sign.

Not a great store to go bad customer service I came in as at mobile customer to upgrade my phone 30 min before closing time and a t mobile representative lazy as hell didn't want to do it he ask me to come until next day earlier my thing is if you don't like your job "quit" ...
