I went after to work to get set up with wifi. The young lady working there named Annamaria was very helpful and knowledgable about the products and services offered. She was also helping another couple in store. She was able to save money on their purchase. The original price was very steep and she helped negotiate a much lower price. She was personable and friendly. She was very helpful in helping me get my wifi set up. I will be going back. 😁

I broke my phone over the weekend and came into the MetroPCS store and met Anna who helped me out and did a wonderful job. She had excellent communicational skills and took care of everything.

Would not recommend any metro or T-Mobile store at all, called half the stores and they have not picked up.

It’s 4-21-24 and a Sunday today I arrive at metro pcs on Norwood and it’s 3:38pm and the customer service agent has the doors locked and telling me with hand signals they are closed!!!! On the hours of operation it says they close at 4:00pm on Sundays.
Very unprofessional and poor customer service experience.

upset with the guy who put the cell phone protector full of bubbles on me, I had to buy another one, that guy is also next to the metro pcs, which is still next to the walmart of the truxel, very bad customer service while I was putting on the textia glass protector on the phone and apart from the fact that it lasted 20 minutes putting on a bubble protector and he offered me a charger or a case for the cell phone for free, I told him no because they would charge you and he told me to choose something for free because he had it for me What to give and it's not true is to charge more I ended up charging 30 dollars for the glass protector, not that it was free and I ended up paying for a line that changed me from boost to metro I ended up paying 132 it would be better if I stayed in the boost and I would have paid for a cell phone comes out the same pure steal there in metro pcs because a year ago I switched to boost mobile they charged me a total of 140 but there were 2 lines and 2 phones free there it was free and a protector for the two cell phones free

Very good customer service. I came to switch service from one phone.to another. Isaac let me know he could help me but also let me know there was a service charge of 35 dollars and that if I wanted to avoid this I could do this on the phone myself. I am thankful he gave the opportunity to save money but told him I was not tech savvy and I just wanted it done asap. He GLADY and kindly switched the service. Wiped my phone down, was super kind and friendly and quick and knowledgeable. Worth the 35 dollar service fee!! Thanks Isaac!
