This business is listed as lgbt friendly but it is not. My partner and I came in and experienced a staff person who seemed annoyed at our very presence. Any time my partner talked she would roll her eyes or interrupt her. We asked if we could buy a phone out right (we have a Metro PCS plan). She said no and that we would have to buy one elsewhere and then bring it back. She said we could only do payment plans for the phone. We asked if they sold any of the samsung S series or A series. She said no and that none of the metro stores do. We left after 5 minutes of basically being told no at every opportunity to purchase a new phone. I called the next closest place and they said they could do all of the above for me, no problem. Worst service ever. The woman who "helped" us had a terrible attitude. Thankfully there are other metro pcs stores with better service.

Walked In Spoke With The Over Weight Hispanic Lady Standing In Front.Asked To Upgrade My Samsung S10e. Was Directed To Phones That Cost 100.00 And Some Cents New To Sacramento And A New Job That I Had To Get To Instantly, I Purchased It W/O Hisitattion, No Questions, Then Learned It Was The Worse Cell Phone I've Ever JHad! & I've Had Cell Phones Since 1998.She Was Horrendous And Sold Me A Downgrade In Lieu Of An Upgrade. I Guess With Thought That I'd Return And Spend More Later. Close This Store

Awful. This is my son's christmas, my husband was just diagnosed with liver cancer, people have lives and the holidays should be peaceful. I am being told there is no corporate number for this store. I have my husband going up there to replace my sons phone due to there being a problem with the battery. Very rude lady. I will get her name. I need the corporate number not an address to walk into. To much to write down. Do Not Go To This Location.

This little miss mommas right here decided she wanted to take personal calls while dealing with my transaction&& f***** up now acting like she can't fix her issue ... so took the b**** work phone and toss it outside since outside life is more important! Them gone state it was her SON ok and please step to the back next time and let somebody else help me . Wish they could get zero stars

After spending half our day trying to find a Metro Pcs store. Wasted so much gas. All the stores were closed. On our last try we found this store to be opened. There were 2 clerks working and we were greeted with big smiles and welcomed us into their store. They told us that all Metro Psc stores were closed because they are now T-Mobile stores. That just happened on Monday. Their customer service was outstanding. Kiana was training Justin; it was his second day. She was so great training him and helping us. She showed us the phones she had and then processed the sale. She is a great asset to this business. Justin will be good learning from her. Thank you both very much.

Hello ;my name is Linda Phillips I've been a customer with MetroPCS for at least 15 16 years I just went to buy from Howe avenue store they didn't help me out. So I've to came to Fulton avenue store & Barck really really took care of me without even giving me any attitude or be rude to me. I highly recommend/ appreciate his coustmer service that he provided me. Please everyone go check him out!! Thank you for the helped!

He literally spent over an hour to help me set up my new phone and he never got irritated or bad by asking questions about my phone and the way to use it. I went to activate a unlocked phone phone bought from outside. I was told by the female employee who helped me that it won't work with metro and recommended to return it and buy a one of their own. And went to the cooperate store 3mins away from this place get it activated in less that 10mins. Unprofessional service.

barak at the metro store he's very an amazing guy! I came in for issues that I've in my phone and really took his time to take look at and fixed everything i have problem with and now I've working phone without any issues. I would like to appreciate his help and his great customer service!

Barek did an amazing job. Came in having issue with my phone but he couldn't fix then he informed to check my account to see if I'm eligible for upgrade and I was then he really did good job getting all my pictures and contacs from my old phones. He really great person with positive attitude!
