**Update**Someone responded to this and asked that I email so they can help me but they never emailed me back** Just went from 5 lines to 3 lines and my bill has not changed. Went to the store to get help and they told me they can't help at all. I can only call. Why have a store if nobody in it can help you?

Great excellent customer service fast and efficient products that I needed for my phone representative Alexis had them saved, "she knows her customers needs for sure", I will continue to stop here. Thanks for the greatness of Alexis... Give this girl a raise!???

Went in just to pay my phone bill, and the "manager Hayley" Was incredibly rude, and unresponsive to any customer needing assistance, she'd scared off two customer's, and then she looks right at me and with this crazy look on her face asked me "What did you say?" I got frightenedd and left. Needless to say I went else where to pay my phone. And left Crazy Hayley at the metro place.... Wierd Experience***

Excellent customer service. The young gentleman (Andrich) who served me was very professional & polite. He deserves recommendation for his beyond excellence services! I got my bill paid & I was in & out within a matter of minutes. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable!

Poor experience! This place is not LGBT friendly. The guy that was working there today was rude, incompetent and not willing to do his job. In short I went to the store due to a manufacturer defect. My phone shut off after 30 days and wouldn't charge. This store did nothing to help yet the corporate store on Aden and Howe was able to help.

Such a bad experience!First i went in employees was not wearing her mask.I had to tell employee to please wear a mask. He give me a mean look ?.I wanted to upgrade my phone but they keep on forcing me to get a new number. This had to be the worst service i ever got!I left the store

I buy a phone from here they made my payment $70.I wanted $30 plan force me to do auto Pay know I paid $70 when I wanted $30 plan and they won't refund my money. Don't go here shady business!!
