At this location they sold me a refurbished iPhone it didn't work they didn't tell me it was refurbished had to go back the next day because it didn't work probably. I payed for a brand new iPhone and they gave me the run around. If you pay for a new phone you should get it. No good customer service.

This is just horrible metro store in Sacramento. Not only does the manager Armando seem incompetent but the security guard that is assigned to that location is a complete psychopath The Security guard refused to let my sister and I go into the store because we had two babies with us. He suggested that we leave the babies outside and we go in without the babies. So I assured the security guard that was out of the question. I will not leave my nieces outside unintended! The man immediately became irate and started cursing in front of my nieces. He told me then he will not let me inside the store and continue to let other people that were behind me in line me go in the store. After about 10 min of waiting outside the manager came outside and Quickly sided with the irate security guard. I will never go back to this store

during this covid19 the store closed leaving me without a phone. I was supposed to pick up a replacement phone and they were closed. there was no information when the store was going to reopen, or what the customer should do to get their phone. as of 03/18/2020 thru04/ 03/2020, this store has been closed. now I have to purchase a new phone which is going to cost me $200.00 or more rather than paying $15.00 for a replacement phone. I need a phone during this time when we have to stay indoors, we are seniors citizens and can't go out family wants to check on us but can't. I have been with Metro for over 25 years. I came here and the service is horrible. Instead of a person helping you out they have a person checking you in. Staff should be used to help customers ASAP not to check in. The check in person was just on her phone. Slow service only came here because you can only cancel lines at the cooperate.

Terrible. Very unprofessional disrespectful employees. Went in for a new phone and the lady behind the counter didn’t even look up because she was too busy video chatting and screaming “****** and laughing. She was a short young African American girl. When she finally acknowledged me, it was with attitude as if i was an inconvenience to her little video chat. She seemed as if she had no intention on helping me. My intention was to upgrade my phone but I ended up leaving empty handed because of the horrible customer service. Unbelievable what you let your employees get away with. I am now with another company and what a difference! Watch your employees metro! Your loosing customers daily because of them.

To start things off this is an actual Metro store not an "authorized retailer". I came in one day because I needed a new phone service. I brought my phone in from a different company and it was a breeze. I was helped by "Junior". His service was great and he is very knowledgeable. I ended up porting my number and was in and out in about 15 minutes. They also have payment machines so you can make a payment on their if you want to skip the lines and fees, the machine only takes cash and debit cards only.
