Terrible service, unprofessional, the young people who are there serve very poorly and they have no variety: (name of the girl Katy. Absolute lack of interest in the customer, we bought a phone, while he activated it he spent his time laughing, I don't know if at me or at me husband, maybe he was chatting on the computer I don't know.... but it made me feel very uncomfortable, I don't recommend it at all ? ? ?

I've worked for a mobile company, so I'm familiar with the process. The lady, specifically with the big eyelashes and beanie, is the most unprofessional person in the world and should not be working for anything in customer service. She did not explain anything, didn't ask for my number for my account or even my pin, and did not even ask for my name either. I clarified my request multiple times and legitimately asked if they needed a pin or a name for the account, and I said my request again if they understood it because she kept asking me the most unnecessary question that had no relevance. She even spoke ill to the employee support to process my request. I hope that girl sees this message because you need help and an attitude adjustment or seek professional therapist help.

Went in for help with my cell phone. The representative was amazing and solved the problem with help from the tech line. She made sure everything was 5 stars before I left.

I miss the old team and previous manager. The new staff isn’t very helpful or kind. Overheard employees making fun of another customer. Terrible customer service, employees simply don’t care.

Juan is very rude .. constantly rolled his eyes when I asked him questions. If you don’t like your job, just quit and work elsewhere. Employees aren’t very knowledgeable of products or promotions . Won’t be coming back here again, terrible experience.
