If I could give 0 stars I would. Whoever “helped” me today was so rude and unprofessional. Whenever I would talk, he would cut me off. He seemed like he hated his job and said “I’m off in 30mins.” Save your time and go to another place.

The most horrific and absolutely exquisitely terrible customer service by your 3/27/24 am employee. Brandishing a box cutter and aggressively approaching me because I told him politely and business like I did not feel his service was on par. In fact this male employee with a beard and again his clenched box cutter told me I could not transfer my phone #. In fact I did it all online for less price and kept my number. Check the video whomever reads this. Metro PCS on Bradshaw offers bab bad customer service.
