I almost call the police, I decided to return a cellphone that I buy that day, because had problems and the call center told me that if is the same day they gonna give full refund, he refuse to give me any refund and start to intimidate, he put a knife on the desk so I just leave, I wanted to call police but they told me to leave because they can’t do anything if he never grab the knife to me unvelibeble

Months ago ....When to this place to switch companies.... He wanted me to buy a case and screen protector ($45) in order to get advantage of promo. Otherwise he wont transfer the service.. so i bought it in different location.. keep losing costumers you smart. ......

Shadi gave me above and beyond service. Made my day, transferred my contacts and information from old broken phone to new one. Made my day and I sat in a clean tiny store, well air-conditioned store that smelled fresh. Made my day, I thought I lost everything!

I had a problem with my first phone that I purchased but When I came in the second time Shadi really helped me out with exactly what I needed and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Great customer service experience
