I went up there to T-Mobile on a Saturday and spoke with the manager Manny and let him know that my phone was stolen and to have my service is turned off so I thought he didn't. I also started internet with them. They let me tryout internet for 2 weeks for free since I had a phone with them and it will be $35 a month. But if I didn't have a phone with them they would charge me$50 a month . So I so I asked Manny when was my two weeks was up and he told me in the beginning of November. So I thought he was right. But today I found my paperwork and found out that I was a day behind. So I went back up TMobile and the employees are great but I will never go back there again because as a Manager Manny was rude and didn't even turn my phone off .So I was upset and I told him that he gave me wrong information and as a manager he did not do his job. And I will never go back there again

I called them to find out why our family plan was changed when we went in for a phone malfunctioning. The employee that answered ended up hanging up on me and then refused to answer the phone afterwards.I’m assuming the change was to to generate a sale for the representative that “helped” us however that just ended up causing us to have to make a trip to a corporate store. Were more time had to be spent to correct the damage this store had done.Beware those five star reviews with no comments… they look pretty bought to me…

I went into this store because I could not send text messages. After talking to Steve he goes into my account and changes my plan that I've had for 4 years. Customer start coming in the store and he tells me, " oh I reset your phone through corporate your bill is only going to be $10 more per month now. I had just paid my bill the day before. He says oh by the way you'll be getting some messages to pay your bill just ignore them. So I take my phones and I leave. I go to the corporate store on Florin Rd. The florin rose store puts me back to the plan I was on. I'm told ignore the messages that I get on my phone. Today I get up my phone service has been off and I was charged $45 to turn my phone back on for lack of payment of the bill. When I tried to call Metro of course there's nobody available due to covid. So I feel like not only did my phone not get fixed but now I'm out $45 and I still can't send text messages!! I'm beyond feeling taking advantage of. $45 for what?! I did not ask for any changes I asked for help with my phone which is still acting up!!

I have been a frequent customer at this location for 4-5 years. What ever service, question or need you may have, the team at this location can resolve each & every one with a thorough proffessional manner. The wide range of mobile devices & excessories cover most of just about anyone's preferrences. I highly recommend this place for your Communication desires!!
