Before MK, my bags were whimsical and no more than $60, such as a watermelon purse I had shipped from Japan or a Cat in the Hat fishbowl purse from Spirit Halloween. So you get my style by now. BUT ya girl needs something bougie. Something classy. And I needed to treat myself. I wanted a powder blush/light pink moment WITHOUT the MK monogram. Shalajah found me the cutest plain pink Jet Set purse, and as I was literally about to walk out of the store, she pointed out the loveliest pink Voyager tote. And it was the last one in the store! It was destined to be mine...so I bought it, too.The product's quality is superb. I keep the leather out of direct sunlight, don't place them on the ground (iykyk), and wipe them down with a damp cloth now and then. As for the store itself, it's very clean and the ladies there were very nice and I had a good time shopping. :)

Lady in the store switched my order online to in-store purchase now I cannot get my money back. The only option is store credit very nasty.

We went Arden yesterday and we ask lady if they have perfume set in store but the lady was not helpful at all. She was extremely rude and arrogant.

Drove 2 and a 1/2 hours to come to the store because it said it was gonna be open till 8 showed up 740 and the store was closed

UPDATE: I have upgraded my initial one star review to 4 stars. I returned a few days later and was politely waited on by a saleswoman who was very knowledgeable. I'm still annoyed about the waste of time but am mollified by the service received upon my return visit.

I was just lied to about the online purchase/in store return policy. I was originally told that I had to exchange my item and there was no other option. They didn't carry the item so I asked for a refund. I get it, they have skeezy salespeople desperate to make a sale. Lying to customers on that premise, assuming they haven't read over your policies online isn't ok. I showed the associate on the the website clearly stated that online purchases "can be returned to any Michael Kors store". She then changed her story and wavered between lying, not being able to keep her story straight and trying to make the allowed return difficult. I won't buy anything from Michael Kors again. Dishonesty isn't a way to make a sale. Stop assuming your customers lack the intelligence to understand when they are being lied to. Have some integrity.

DO NOT ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS STORE and have it shipped to your house. The employee that helped me claims I'll get free 2-5 days shipping. Well my package took 2 1/2 weeks to confirm that it's shipped and never got to me! I called the number online but they couldn't do anything to help me because I ordered the item at the store and not online. Gezz! Almost a month now and still no item. Also don't buy anything ON SALE inside their store because it's FINAL sale! No return or exchanges at all. A bunch of BS. YES, the employees are snobby and do judge you by what you wear while you enter the store. They will not tell you about their sale items either! **HINT: all their sale items (purses) are on the back shelve wall, next to the register! LOL GL.

I went in today to update my bag. It's been a long year and I was ready to purchase something new. Thinking I could walk-in this location to do that was a joke. Not once did any employee greet, acknowledge say hello or anything. The were how ever chatting with each other. I had to interrupt what seemed to be a personal conversation to ask about a bag I really wanted. The young lady literally looked up, saw I was nothing special half smiled and said "sorry, we just sold the last one." I continued to stand there for a moment thinking she would offer to order it and have it shipped to the store or my home and instead she turned and continued her personal conversation... I literally said excuse me again... she looked at me with what I can only describe as major RBF (resting b**** face) rolled her eyes and said "do you need something" at that point I said I guess not from you and Left... COVID is not a reason to be rude... Customer service these days is awful. I will never step foot in that store again. It pissed me off enough I don't know if I will purchase the brand again due to this... Michael Kors is my favorite brand for bags ever... but this... I think I might try my luck somewhere that know what customer service is and wants my business... Super disappointed today
