Kiyoko (sorry if I didn't spell her name right) is so genuinely sweet and helpful. It was so refreshing to have customer service that didn't make you feel as an inconvenience for shopping there. If you can't find what you are looking for, ask ! They have their inventory, location, quantity on their scanner. 4 stars because no bags and the carts do not go outside.
