During my visit on June 26th, at about 8:10pm to the Michael’s store in Natomas, I approached 2 store employees asking if I needed a key to use the restroom. My mother had actually just used the restroom a minute prior, and she shared I would need to ask the employees for assistance. At the arts and crafts near the restrooms, there was 1 younger employee and another employee, an older female, who was incredibly rude. She aggressively told me “bathrooms are unavailable.” I explained I was surprised to hear that due to my mom using it literally a minute ago. She questioned how my mom got in the restroom, and I explained she had asked one of them for support. She swore that she didn’t let anybody in and insinuated I was lying. I again explained she had gone in a minute ago. She exclaimed “WELL RESTROOMS ARE CLOSED!” With one hour before closing, I was very confused as to why restrooms were not accessible and why there already were announcements on the speaker of the store closing. I’ve never had a bad experience at Michael’s, and it saddens me to know you’re hiring people who are absolutely unapproachable and simply just mean. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will not be going to this location again. You need to do better.

Manager and employee saw me waiting to be checked out but found it more important to chit chat instead of service the only person in line.
It’s no wonder the store was empty. Visit another location or hobby lobby.

They had a great variety of options in the art supplies section. Unfortunately their stock didn't match the shelves, and I ended up walking out with something close to, but not exactly what I wanted, even though it was on the shelf as if it were in stock.
I get that it happens, and they were extremely nice and apologetic about it. Would be 5 stars if they just had the shelf match their stock.

The Michaels store in Natomas has more regular carry items in stock than most of the other Michaels in the Sacramento area. So I like to come to this store when I'm in the area. The idea is to try to get everything in one trip.The store layout is the same as most of the Michaels in the region. It's easy to navigate and find the items I'm looking for. The checkout cashier counter usually has no or very short lines. I can get all the stuff very quickly.
