I was attended by Joseph to do an alignment and change my tires. He was quick and efficient. Will definitely bring my car here again. Ask for Joseph.

Great location. Was a few cars before us, but we were able to wait inside and they didn't take long. They came in to discuss their evaluation of the cars needs, but only informed- not pushed in any way. Very great service. If we weren't from out if town, we'd come back.

Michael is the most inpatient person at the front desk rude ! And doesn't try to help our complaining at all time about one thing or the other.

I’ve been here twice now for different reasons and both times the whole staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They definitely seem like a business that actually cares about helping their customers more than just the money they can make off of them. Definitely plan to keep coming here for whatever services I wind up needing

1. I took my vehicle in on 01/08/2020 as it had a check engine light on as well as the EPC Warning Light. 2. At 10:40 AM, 01/09/2020, I spoke with Adam at Midas Sacramento, 2260 Arden Way. He told me about the problems with the engine and I gave him authorization. He quoted a price of approximately $11000. 3. Barely 2 hours later, at 12:52 PM, 01/09/2020, I received a call from Midas Sacramento that my car was ready. 4. The car runs great, but I have issues with the pricing: - Ignition Coil at $229.99 (Most expensive one on Google was $171.95) - 4 Double Platinum Spark Plugs for $139.96 (Most expensive on Google was $61.95 for four) - Battery at $199.99 (Most expensive one on Google was $114.99) The most outrageous cost was labor. For the 2 hour service, labor cost was $562.49 or roughly $280.00 per hour, which included $90 to install the battery? Really? I think I got charged way too much. I've sent Midas Sacramento two emails, but they have not responded, so I am sending complaint to Midas Corporate, the Better Business Bureau and to the California Bureau of Automotive Repairs...as this is outrageous!!!

I went in to get an oil change. The staff was really nice. The technician who completed the work on my car also cleaned and vacuumed out the interior. 5 star service!

They are usually pretty good. I took my car in recently and they rejected it saying it sounded like a transmission probablem, turned out it was a sensor. Something they definitely could have fixed.

Great customer service and honest workers. Took my girlfriend's Prius in to get anti theft rebar put in. The mechanic explained that the theft issues wasn't with this year and model, but did tack welds free of charge. I will be back. Thank you very much!

this is midas speedee oil change but 1 hour and a half wait isn't speedee at all. I've been to busy oil change spots and they never took this long. The only good thing about this place is that they are open on Sunday, other than that I will not be coming back here ever again.

I used to take all my vehicles here, and had for several years, but after today I never will again. There seems to have been a management and significant staff change, and the service has significantly fallen off. Took my car in for a simple oil change, something I usually do myself with how special this particular car was to me, provided my own oil and filter as I always have, and the mechanic, a new guy, asked me how much oil the car took since it "wasn't in their system." It's a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, a very common car with specifications everywhere. I informed him of the oil capacity, and that I had provided more than enough, in addition to a quart of Lucas oil additive, and that the car would not quite need all of it. Upon the receiving my car after the work was done, I found that my driver's side door panel, steering wheel, and seat EXTREMELY grease stained. I was going to brush it off until I found grease smeared all over the paint of the hood, both front fenders, front bumper, and both driver's side doors and side window trim. I went back inside and asked if they had some sort of spray I could at least wipe the door panel and steering wheel down with, and they told me they would send the mechanic out to do it. He came out with a tub of Clorox wipes and two grease stained red shop rags, one covered in water, to clean up with. I asked him to please not use the Clorox wipes on the door panel, as it would cause damage, and he obliged. He then went to clean the painted window trim with the dingy shop rags and I asked that he please not do that as it would cause damage to my paint, but he went to town on it anyways. I finally got him to stop, thanked him for trying, and went to speak with the new manager. He apologized, told me that type of thing is not acceptable, that he will speak with his employees, and used something more suitable to clean the door panel and steering wheel. I thanked him and explained the damage and grease smears now on my only 6 month old paint, he apologized, once again said he would talk to his guys, and I was sent on my way. Upon returning home I had to clean the paint thoroughly and buff out the new scratches. I decided to double check the oil and found it was left a half quart overfilled. I then looked in the trunk and found out IT HAD BEEN RUMMAGED THROUGH. This wasn't a "contents shifted during travel" situation, I had two heavy tool boxes filled with tools, as well as some roadside emergency equipment for my job packed in so that nothing would move, and it hasn't after weeks of driving. On top of that, they were moved completely sideways and up against the opposite end of the trunk. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to rummage through my trunk, as the oil and filter I provided were placed on the passenger floorboard in plain view, and I explained this when dropping the car off. I will never return to this Midas, and I will be telling the friends I recommended here to do the same.
