SO helpful and kind! Just went to get a piece of custom sized foam and they were super helpful. If you bring in the frame they can guarantee it will fit, but I didn't have it with me. Bought a gift certificate for frame for my niece's PhD diploma. Kevin, the owner was really nice. I used them in the early 2000s when they were still on J Street. Wonderful work! Highly recommend!
