For our most recent home purchase, Jason and his team helped us get a HELOC to bridge the gap between our offer and a VA loan assumption. The VA just started allowing secondary loans to bridge the gap between the offer and the VA loan amount last year so this was the first time Jason and his team did something like this. They made the HELOC portion of our loan seamless, in spite of many challenges with the VA loan assumption (from a different lender). This was not an easy process! We very much appreciate the speed at which Jason and his team operate, and their ability to rapidly learn about new regulations.”
