Best Epic time, 1st time there, Even the no cash only card for purchases was a shock cause there's machines ro add cash to a card at other places so I'm hoping this Place eventually gets em, cause after asking any1 to help & trust with Our cash to them & use there card for My Janet Shirt, OMMG, A Sweet Lady was my Miracle & helped us, Wish I Got her Name, Ty again girl? then got sum pics with My New ajanet Shirt✨️ Went to our section waay up top, & My Dream Was Comin true Grooving singing with Janet Jackson, Nelly was Phenomenal too Epic Night??? ✨️? 6.11.2024 #togetheragaintour2024

Venue is fantastic! Guest Services Director, Angela Walters, is horrible! Has no idea how to run such an important department in a professional venue. Have lost many employees because of her untruthful and uneducated self.

6/15/24 Saturday our son's graduation was held here for UC Davis students. This was very massive from inside. We were so lucky too be there n enjoy watching graduation ceremony.

Awful Experience!!! Employees are like TCA in an aiport!! Shouting, ordering, disrespectful, military style… Made my daughter cry on her graduation day..when complaining their typical answer is “ as per policy” ???? As per policy she wasn’t allowed to reenter after loosing her car keys and wanted to check if she left it in the restroom of which was right next to the door the security guard poped out his head from refusing to talk to her by stepping out or letting her in as if she had some bomb!! Instead he ordered her to walk all the way to the other side to talk to lost and found… i as well got yelled at when an employee gave me very quick instructions on what to do with a bag that was bigger than the one they allowed hence making me late to my daughters graduation. When i told her she is talking too fast for me to underatand she ignored me and attended to someone else, so i told her im still talking to you and asked if she can repeat what she said in a slower way ( she was literally shouting out instructions like in the military) she put her hand in my face and said “ im not talking to someone who is being derogatary”. Looking up the word derogatry means using insulting words and swearing… didnt know asking someone to talk slower was derogatary… such brainwashed employeees with the presumption one is gona bomb the place…: bags must be a certain size, if you loose something you cant return to look for it, if you step foot in the ADA center by mistake you get shouted out ( not just told with a loud alarming voice, literally shouted at like cops do when you are resisting arrest) TO GET OUT NOW.
Still in shock… horrible service

Everything is fine, it just doesn't seem to me that the DOCO parking lot doesn't allow parking to go to the Golden One! It was my son's graduation.

Saw an excellent concert here. The layout is really good for viewing. the only complaint I have is that the floors were really sticky. All night, I had to keep lifting up my feet and putting them back down. It's been 2 days, and I was walking in those same shoes today, and they're still sticky - yuck! they could at least clean the floors under the seats between events....
