I purchased shock absorbers from NAPA Auto Parts, and they were defective within weeks. Made in China, with no warranty and no replacement policy. NAPA relies on imported parts, and it shows in the poor quality. Stay away from them.

I bought a waterpump with a lifetime warranty about 5 years ago and now they will not give me a new one from my warranty even though I bought it at this location. I will never use napa again unless someone can fix this problem
