After my fender bender, I was very distraught! My Mini Cooper is special and I didn’t know if anyone could care about her as much as I do…I was wrong! Niello Collision center treated me and my Mini as if we were the only customer/car they had to take care of. From the friendly McKenna, to the amazing Carly who helped get me set up for the repairs, to the awesome shop personnel who got my Mini back in tip top shape…you couldn’t ask for a better collision center!
I hope to NEVER need to come again, but I will DEFINITELY bring my car here if ever needed! Thank you to everyone who cared for my car during this process!

I arrived at Niello collision to get an estimate for a bumper repair. I was told that they would not be able to walk outside to give me an estimate until the following day. They also will not give you a quote for anything besides cosmetic damage. I’ve been to two other collision centers to get quotes and they walked outside and created an in-depth quote for me within 10 minutes.

I had my vehicle here for repairs and let me say, Carlee and her team went above and beyond from working with the other persons insurance to the body work done, had a small issue at the end but nothing Carlee and her team couldn’t resolve. Thank you Carlee and the whole office for a great experience!

I brought a 2004 545i that was rear ended into Neillo. Carlee was the estimator that worked with me and the other person’s insurance company. She did an outstanding job!!!! She is very knowledgeable and great communication.
The repair work that was performed was excellent.
I would highly recommend Neillo Collision.

We previously had run into some unforeseen issues and had some miscommunication with them but they were very considerate and took responsibilities. Situation we were in was nothing but a nightmare but they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Niello is a reputable company for a reason and I had the first hand experience. Thank you.

Here’s some context for my situation.
My car was dropped off on 3/13 and my rental was picked up at enterprise the same day.
I didn’t receive any updates so I had to call on 3/20 (The receptionist said Jeff would call me back but I didn’t get a call back that day, which was not a big deal). I called again on 3/21 to get updates on my car. Per Jeff, my car would be finished by Monday/Tuesday 3/25-3/26. I called again today 3/25 and spoke with a receptionist again who spoke to Jeff who stated that the repairs would be pushed back to Wednesday 3/27. I told them this would be a problem because I work Wednesday and itll be difficult for me to even pickup the car during their normal business hours since it is a weekday. I had made sure I was off on Monday/Tuesday so I would have the time to pickup my car on the date I was given originally. As a full time employee, it’s already hard enough to get two weekdays off like that.
The car will have been dropped off for 2 weeks now if I were to wait until 3/27. I told them as well that my reservation for my rental would expire on Wednesday and that the enterprise employee said any additional days after 3/27 will have to come out of pocket. Its hard to trust what Jeff told me because the date keeps getting pushed back. How am I supposed to know they wont push back the service even further past Wednesday and then it starts coming out of my pocket to pay for my rental?
I am unhappy that a date was given to me and that my car wasn’t finished by the original date I was told and thats why I am writing this review.

Horrific customer service. Went into have Porsche repaired for collision. Would never take my Porsche there ever again or any vehicle.

So, I am one of those people who never complains, let alone write reviews. If I am not satisfied, I just never return to the place of service. However, this experience is so special that I feel the need to let express myself. About a 2 years ago I sent my exotic over to Niello to have insurance covered bodywork performed, got it back and it would no longer shift in REVERSE. Below are a list of facts: 1. Sent to Niello because they are supposedly experienced on how to handle the nuances of exotics. 2. I get a call saying the vehicle is repaired but is no longer shifting in reverse. (shifted fine till they fixed it) 3. I am told by the service guy to send him info regarding repairs and keep them posted. 4. I send my vehicle to San Jose to a mechanic I trust to determine the cause. 5. My mechanic tells me that whoever tried to move the vehicle did not put it in reverse correctly more than one and broke the reverse engage gear. 6. I have him fix for almost $2k, while at the same time messaging my service guy about it. I get 0 responses. 7. I finally give up and show up at the service shop. There the service guy greets me and takes me to his manager. There he admits that he never forwarded my complaint to him. 8. The service manager tells asks me why I did not send the repair info to them (a little odd) and to email him and he would get back to me right away. 9. It has been over a year now since that conversation, nothing but crickets..... 10. I wont name names because it is not the right thing. But there are only so many people at NIELLO COLLISION CENTER. NOTE: I accept complete responsibility for the fact that I should have been an ass and refused to pick up the vehicle till it shifted into reverse. I am too trusting, another one of my character flaws.

The Niello team worked on fixing a bumper of my X3 after a minor front collision. Took a bit longer than estimated, but in general the service and the quality of work were great.
