Buyer BEWARE. Niello Audi completely ripped us off on the purchase of our car! We bought a brand new car from Niello Audi and here’s the chronology of events that took place: The salesman Brian Gamble lied and told us that all Audi's are required to have a Recovry Tracking Device (costs $1195) and after receiving our contract we saw that it is actually optional. The car was advertised on their website for one amount, but after we left the brokerage we realized they upped the price of the vehicle by $7,500 without us noticing. And after checking with legal council they were supposed to have us sign a markup sticker showing the new price they were selling it to us for. We requested a copy of the markup sticker from GM Charlie Zink and he has not produced it. They failed to give us a copy of our contract when we left the dealership with our car- and didn’t send it to us until TEN days after we bought the car! Once we got our contract mysterious charge showed up on the balance- DrivePur that we did not sign despite deliberately telling the finance officer Andrea "no" to Drive Pur. We sent in our car the day after buying it to receive a ceramic coating treatment (which they told me was a week long process) and new car detail. Niello called me the next day saying the car was ready- when I picked it up it was filthy, with zero evidence that a coating was applied, the glue from the MSRP sticker was still all over the window, and the car hadn't been touched by anyone. I called Elk Grove Audi- they said “there’s no way the hydro ceramic coating takes one day to apply”, they did not apply the coating and still charged us the $1300 for it. They cashed my holding check “on accident” withdrawing an EXTRA $15,000 out of my debit account. When we contacted the General Manager Charlie Zink about these issues requesting some sort of resolution he told us he’d call us back with a solution, and we have yet to hear from him two days later. We are in the process of filing for an investigation with the department of motor vehicles investigation devision and the state attorney generals office for illegal business practices. This has been a tremendously stressful event, my husband and i are just newly married and I want to make sure that no other young couples get taken advantage of by any of the Niello car dealerships.

I purchased a car and they delivered it to me in Nevada. Amazing process. I was so pleased with everyone I worked with and highly recommend working with them. The car exceeded my expectations! You won't be disappointed.

Have always had awesome service at Neillo Audi, Eric in service has been very helpful. It's unfortunate that now i need to look elsewhere for service since u have discontinued the loaner vehicle option and I come from 2 hours away for routine service and maintenance ....really disappointing

If I could rate Niello Alfa Romeo a 10 I would. I purchased a 2017 Giulia, I love her. Unfortunately, only 6 weeks after my purchase, she was broken into and quite a bit of damage was caused. The repairs took a bit longer then expected, but the assistant manager, Jared at Niello Alfa Romeo stepped in and handled this issue. Jared deliver to my home another Alfa Romeo to “borrow†while my repairs took place. It's not normal that repairs would take 3 months, so this was a definite exception. Parts came from Italy. Jared and the Alfa Romeo team have been in contact with me through the whole process. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Niello. I must admit I am quite fond of my Giulia and am beyond happy with the service I've received from them. I HIGHLY recommend you purchase from Niello and to make yourself even happier make that purchase an ALFA ROMEO and ask for Jared Ivey. The best assistant manger with the BEST customer service in the business. Thank you so much Niello Alfa Romeo and Jared, you have outdone yourselves and you have a customer for LIFE.
