If you are looking for a honest reliable dealership, I would not recommend Niello Mini. I called them to ask if a particular used car was available since it was a 2 hour drive there from my location. The salesman stated it was, therefore we made an appointment for the following day for me to make the journey to their location. I asked the salesman to text me if the car was sold in the meantime. I made it clear I was only interested in looking at a hybrid and I didn't want to make the long trip if the car was sold. He told me it was definitely there and that he also had several others besides the used one available. I asked if they happen to have a white one in stock, his reply was yes, "in fact he was looking at one that very moment". He texted me early the next morning to confirm our appointment. We therefore made the trip and arrived there on time to be greeted by him stating he had other customers and handing us off to another salesperson. She was very helpful and attentive but unfortunately she came back to tell us the car had been sold. I then asked her to show me the several he stated were on the lot. Her reply was they only had one not the several or white one. She was very apologetic and thoughtful. However, it doesn't make up for the time we wasted or the money we spent on gas to get there. It is my belief the salesman told me whatever he thought I wanted to hear to simply get me up there to try and sale me the one car he had. A deceptive and thoughtless sales tactic. It makes one wonder if this is how they run their entire business. Neither reliable or honest in my case.

Excellent dealership. I bought my car here last year, and they have been incredibly supportive throughout its little quirks and maintenance. The service center is extremely helpful, prompt, and gets everything done as needed. I love the car, and I love the dealership. Thank you!

I took my new key to get programmed. Katey, the service representative assisted me and stated there was a $250 fee and she indicated I already had the features that I needed. Thank you for saving me $$$!!! I always get great service when I come in. Also, Zoë the cute little dog is always there roaming around and greeting people.

I would say that I known Tony from the service department scheduling since he was at old location,his knowledge and experience is on point and as long as he's there, I will always get my mini serviced there. I will give him a 7 ?if I could. The company should be proud to have him as apart of their business.

On an 800 mile trip south from Central Oregon, my 2013 Mini Cooper Hardtop engine shuttered, the check engine light came on, lost a lot of power (only able to go 50 mph up a hill in 5th gear), and died when I came to a stop. Luckily I was able to make it to my hotel. But, I was 152 miles away from the nearest Mini dealership and ended up getting a tow to Niello Mini early the next day. The first person I met outside asked me if I had an appointment while looking at my car on the back of the tow truck. I told him my car had a problem and was undrivable. He told me that they might not be able to look at it today because I didn't have an appointment. That freaked me out a little. I explained I was from another state and was just passing through on my way another 400 miles south for a high school reunion. Thank goodness, he passed me off to Kaity Gonzalez. She came and saw me about 30 minutes later and told me that they could get me in because Thursdays usually weren't all that busy. She said I would have to pay for the diagnostic, which I readily agreed to. An hour later she called me over and told me that my ignition coil needed changing out and spark plugs were 10 years old and were misfiring. Because my 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty was about to expire in a couple of months (the car only has 50,000 miles on it) that they would change that out and would not charge me for the diagnostic. All I would owe was for the switching out of the spark plugs. A couple of hours later, I was on the road to Santa Barbara County. I was very impressed with Niello Mini and especially Kaity Gonzalez. She was awesome!!! I would highly recommend this dealership, except for maybe the guy that told me that they might not be able to squeeze me in. As a former customer service representative in hotels, he did not handle my situation well.

I needed a hard to find part that they had is stock. James M. was very professional and helpful. He made sure they had the physical part and shipped it out since I was not local. 2 days later the part arrives UPS.

Wow. I’m so very impressed with this team’s customer service. Specifically, Fernanda in sales and Diana, the manager, are fantastic, but the team in entirety was truly exceptional. I really appreciated the gentleman we were working with in the finance department, too, but I cannot remember his name. We actually decided to walk at the end of the transaction, but I honestly regret not doing business with such a team that without hesitation opens doors for people, gives space and acts respectfully to all, and communicates thoroughly and genuinely without any hassle or judgment. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. They have set the bar for me and left a positive everlasting impression.

Called to make the appointment and they checked to be sure my windshield was in stock. Reassured me that it was… dropped the car off and got loaner but was called within 20 minutes and told it wasn’t in stock and not available until Monday… it was Thursday… I took loaner home and returned the next Wednesday to pick up my car… worked out fine just had to rearrange my schedule some. We love 2 1/2hours away from dealer … they do great work love my representative!!!

Best Mini dealership! I had a fast and great experience with Abraham. I was in and out of there in 2 hrs (which is fast for dealerships). He was very kind, not pushy and super helpful. I’ve been and bought from other Mini dealers, but they are the only ones who give you swag! They give you a BMW Niello bag, two Mini keychains, a pen and a first aid kit in a nice leather pack. Erica, from finance, was super fast and helpful too. Overall, a good buying experience. Will definitely buy BMWs and MINIs from here moving forward even though I live 2 hrs away. Worth it! 10/10

Vehicle service at Niello Mini is always a Five Star experience. I have been a loyal customer for the past 7 years. The staff is amazing! They keep my company vehicle running at its best and are very professional and considerate of my vehicles specific needs, in regards to the requirements of my business and the DMV.As a licensed driving instructor, my vehicle requirements and time management are essential to the direct success of my company. Whether my 2016 Mini Cooper S convertible is being brought in for a maintenance issue, like an oil change, or something that requires extended services, like a tire replacement and alignment, Niello’s service team is right on top of it, with a turn around time that is always very minimal. That is imperative for the success of my business and Neillo understands that. They have many individual stars at this location, but my personal favorite is Tony McCall.His professionalism and attention to details is always a Five Star Experience. He is very mindful of the time sensitive issues I face, as a driving instructor and always keeps me in the loop with present or future maintenance and repair issues, as they may occur. He works around my schedule and makes every effort to facilitate services on my days off, as to not interrupt my business schedule. This is just one of many examples I could give, regarding Tony’s excellent attention to details and the reason I continue to not just have my Mini Cooper S serviced at Niello of Sacramento, but also our family vehicle, which is a 2015 BMW X4 M Sport Edition. In addition, Tony has his own Mini Cooper, so I also feel that he has a personal understanding of the performance needs and requirements of a Mini Cooper and that also makes him a very cool service coordinator. It’s a Mini thing, you know. ?Sacramento Niello Mini and BMW. Accept no Substitute.

We are new to California. Bought our first Mini when we arrived. Found Niello MINI for service and have been pleasantly surprised at how affordable, accommodating, and accessible they are. I will definitely continue to have our Mini serviced by them and will go to them when it is time to upgrade.

Michael Torres was my main contact person for a Hydromamic coating that was a scheduled service.Michael was extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive in keeping me updated on every step of the process.He was quick to respond to text messages and answering my calls.He also went out of his way to help me with a last minute request that I had made.This is how customer service is supposed to happen. Our service advisor Kaity Gonzalez is super. She is always very accommodating and gets us in and out with no problems. We will always take our mini back cuz their service is awesome.
