Staff was pushy and demeaning. During check out, I was asked to share my phone number, email, sign up for a credit card, and take home a coupon. I politely declined after the second question. Employee persistently ignored me after saying I just wanted to pay for my clothes and leave. Rang me up for a product I didn’t ask for. Assistant manager proceeded to lecture me and my children in front of the entire store about manners and how the other employee was just doing their job. Last time I checked, “no” means “no”. I’m dreading the return I have to make next week. These people do not deserve to work in customer service.

I visited store around 8:30 pm (8/16/2024)
There was a sign of 40% off ! I take that round neck hoodie !! I go to the billing counter ! Guy name sahil said so rudly we have no promotion going on ! You have to pay full price !! I bought that pay full amount ! I came home checked online they offering 40% discount ! But in store i asked for the discount but they said no ! And still have sign for 40% discount in store too !

Perhaps I am just a slave and devoted lover to Amazon, alas, I couldn't even a pair of socks that I felt deserved 3 bucks. Cluttered, and it appeared every price you hunted for wasn't MY price. I prefer a more brass tax approach to store shopping. Anyway, that's me. Cheers. Jb

Old Navy in Natomas is organized and very clean inside. The store is big and carries lots of clothing for young men, women, and kids.The prices are lower than most of their comparators, and the quality is pretty good. The workers in this store are polite and attentive.The parking lot is busy, but more parking is available if you park your car in the parking lot on the side with a short walk. The parking lot looks safe to me.

I went in this morning, found a satin skirt that had a red tag just sort of "stuck" on it so I took it to the register for a price check. The cashier, MARISSA (sp?), found the price, told me , and then showed me a HUGE stain on the bottom and said, "This is why it's on clearance." I said oh no, I don't want it then. She then proceeded to throw it to the side, roll her eyes in her head repeatedly, and huff and puff. I told her, you have a very bad attitude, and you're not supposed to roll your eyes and huff n puff when a customer is asking a question. I don't want ANY of this stuff, left everything on the counter and walked out. All she said was, "OK!" The manager, Angela, at least I THINK she was the manager, was standing right next to her and looked up but said nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
