Working with Rose Olsen was easy, pleasant, and efficient. She was responsive in getting me a quote, quick to schedule the pick and delivery, and checked in at every phase of the move. The moving team was also very communicative, timely, and careful. Thanks!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, to use any of their services especially relocation, or to deliver here (what I’m trying to do for 4 hours so far) As you can see in the picture, couches and crates are stored outside and exposed to rain and sun. Be careful, loose dog is running around on the property. They do not keep the word. I had an appointment at 9AM came in at 8.40AM the office was open, and nobody is there, finally I found one guy in the warehouse, he instructed me to get to the door and wait until 11AM the earliest. At 11AM he told me that the crew will be here at 12.30PM to unload. At 12.20 the same guy started unloading my truck. At 12.40 PM 4 more guys showed up but I was getting unloaded by the same one guy. There was total 14 pallets and it took 4 and a half hours to pull them out.I got unloaded at 1.10PM They do not deserve even one star.

I can't say enough about Rose and Curt and the whole Chipman team. I was coordinating a cross country move of two homes and they could not have been more helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Texts were answered late at night, emails were returned immediately. The crew that showed up was prompt, professional, and polite. They we're flexible and understanding about the logistics of moving two separate locations and did everything they could to make the process go smoothly. I got daily updates about where or furniture was as it made the trip so I knew exactly when it would arrive. I'm pleased to report all of our household items made it across the country without a single breakage. 5 stars all the way!

I've heard many scary stories about long distance moving companies and am happy to report that Olsen & Fielding went above and beyond in ensuring my move across the Pacific went flawlessly! I was most impressed by the level of check-ins and follow-through. Extremely thorough. Highly professional and caring move coordinators. I've seen many pricing comparisons and, while such a move is never cheap, I felt I got a very fair and competitive price for the level of service received. Highly recommend Rose and her team!

I deliver and pick up here all the time the employees are great easy to do business with and their warehouse is nice and organized. Something you don't see everyday in a moving company.

I cannot say it enough, if anyone is reading this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. AND DO NOT USE MAYFLOWER AT ALL! An update on my case: When our stuff arrived Mayflower/Olsen &Fielding ruined close to $15,000 worth of items, including a $4,000 mattress. When I filed a claim they came back to me with a settlement of $600???? And now have proceeded to continue arguing with me and trying to make up excuses. The hassle of using this company is not worth it. It is not worth the hassle! Please DO NOT use them

Horrendous customer service and lack of care for customer belongings. Completed cross country move and unfortunately had this company on the receiving end. Does not return calls, does not work with customer to schedule. Even though packaging removal was included in my $11k move I had to pay a contractor to remove a garage full of empty boxes from my home because they would not return my call. Needed to open a claim for multiple missing and damaged items, again no support and no return calls to assist. Was forced to contact corporate to get assistance. Read the other reviews and take heed. Stay away from this mover and choose another company. You've been warned.

Great company took a lot of the stress of moving out of it. Jackie, Sean and all involved were a pleasure to work with.

Jack, Jackie, Hunter and team were all wonderful! From the very beginning, everyone was very communicative, quick responses, and fair pricing. We had them pick up on a holiday and drop off the weekend of the Super Bowl. From start to finish, everyone was very professional, shook our hands, and took great care of our things. We moved across country and had very minimal damage done. Would certainly recommend them for any future moves!

I am finally after 5 months of trying to get my life back together after a disaster of a move with this compny and Mayflower writing a much overdue review. DO NOT use this company - I repeat DO NOT use this company!!!! I have never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional, deficient, incompetent company like this. My story starts with a move from California to Texas last July - I called to receive a quote and Shawn the sales rep came out to give me a quote. He gave me a quote and said there would be a two week delivery time window in Texas which I understood and he left. A few days later I decide to go with this company and Mayflower. I sign the contract. Also just to note Shawn the sales rep NEVER mentioned that I could have a major delay in my things getting to Texas- he said up to two weeks and that was all. Apparently Mayflower had been having issues with having enough drivers out of California for many months and Shawn was definitely aware of this but never mentioned it to me as he didnt want to lose the sale. Also Shawn had told me that I would have my own assigned driver and truck that would show up on my moving day and load my stuff and then drive it to Texas in that two week period. So July comes along and moving day arrives. First sign that this is move is headed down the wrong path is 1) my movers show up with a small mini truck- not the semi truck that Shawn had sold me on. 2) the movers are not my driver and they proceed to tell me that my driver got hung up and they are going to try and fit my stuff in this small truck and then go and unload it into the warehouse at their building. First of all I am floored - this is not what I was sold. Also the more times that items are moved the higher the chances are that there will be damage. I start calling the office and my sales rep Shawn. Everyone tells me a different story about why my driver is not there or a truck that will fit all of my items. They pretty much have all the control at this point as I have to get my things out of my house since I had just sold it. So I let them cram my whole entire house into a small box truck and watch as they drive off to unload my belongings into a warehouse somewhere. This is not what I was sold or what I was paying for. So then a few days later I leave California and fly to Texas where I have my new home with nothing in it yet. After a week had passed I called to check in and find out that my things have not even left California yet and are sitting in a hot truck ( this is the week in July that was 115-118 in Sac) I start to freak out worried sick about the condition of my belongings in a truck so hot that things can actually melt. I start asking for the manager, owner to find out what the plan is. I literally get many different answers from the manager, owner, owners wife, etc no one seems to have a clue. The end result is that they had no driver and didnt even have someone lined up - I called the Mayflower main line and was even told by them that this was an ongoing problem with a shortage of drivers for many months and that my sales rep should have notified me of this ( Thanks Shawn!) sarcasm! Needless to say the two week window comes and goes which was the allowed time I had taken off for vacation for my new job to allow time to unpack my house. So now I have to go to work with nothing in my house still - did I mention I am also a single mom ? My poor 8 year old son literally has nothing but a suitcase and a few books that we could carry on the plane. I had planned for two weeks but not longer and was never warned by Olsen Fielding that this could happen. Also for an extra punch in the face I find out all they have to pay for each day they are delayed is a measly 100 dollars. -WTF ??? what a joke! also the craziest part was everytime I called the office and spoke to either Jackie, Rose they acted like I was crazy and unreasonable??? lol smart psychology there! make the customer feel like they are crazy for being irate! So in about another 10 days I finally get my stuff - oh and my new manager was thrilled I had to ta

Olsen and Fielding handled the local (delivery) stage of my international move expertly. Superior communication and coordination made for a positive experience.

The process of our cross-country move (VA to CA) was seamless from start to finish. Only a few items were worse for wear, but it was a packing issue, not a transportation one. In every occurence, they arrived on time- or early- and worked quickly. Thank you!
