I purchased a beautiful reclining sofa and chair. One Stop did not offer a warranty. Initially, they indicated they would try to provide it. When no warranty was available, I cancelled the order.. I would avoid purchasing anything from this store. Buyer beware!!

I had a wonderful experience here. David was kind and informative and helped me pick out the perfect Ashley loveseat for an amazing price. He and his associate seamlessly delivered it to my home the very next morning after it would not fit in my truck. I’m so thrilled with this new piece and getting it couldn’t have been an easier more pleasant experience! Thank you David and One Stop Furniture!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The nightstands I received were GREEN, not grey, and were much smaller than the size stated. After a week of dealing with Customer Service and sending photos they asked for, I was told that they would not take back the nightstands - they do not stand by the photos or descriptions on their site. So they can send you a table instead of a chair, or something a totally different color and will not take it back. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Not only was their selection very nice and the prices reasonable, the customer service was amazing. Carolina helped us out and was outstanding with her service. She was personable and really made us feel comfortable as well as being very helpful. Easily the best furniture shopping experience we’ve ever had 10/10

I am beyond please with the customer services that I received by Carolina. She was very thorough, and stayed within my price rage. She help me put my living room together and showed me several options. I’m very satisfied with the product and the quick delivery. I recommend the store and the customer service was excellent.

When I placed my order the 1Stop website indicated I would be able to schedule a delivery date. This is absolutely not true. I was assigned a delivery date by 1Stop at a time when I knew I would be out of town on a business trip. I was not given any option to reschedule. I opened the box as soon as I returned home and discovered the item was damaged (one of the drawers of the dresser was broken on the inside - it clearly happened at the manufacturer, not during transit,: the outside of the dresser was not damaged). 1Stop absolutely refused to do anything to resolve the issue because "it was not reported within 24 hours." Right - because 1Stop did not permit me to select a delivery date when I was actually home --- their fault, not mine. Lousy customer service combined with false advertising on the website. AVOID!

Went with my friend Bruce to One Stop Furniture We went here to see the selection of twin mattresses. We were greeted by Vlad, the manager and he quickly showed us his selection. We settled on a mattress with box spring and frame. Vlad even loaded them into the pickup for us, perfect fit in the pickup bed, and with a cargo net, everything transported easily. Set-up didn't require any tools, frame and box spring fit perfectly. Vlad gave us a good deal. First bed Bruce has owned in 43 years. First night should be great! Thanks Vlad!

If I could give it negative starts I wouldProbably the worst customer service I have ever received. Specially when dealing with issues created by your company. The same item came damaged twice and they are charging us close to 100% of the price if we choose to return it. Which at this point is our only option. We have tried to speak to store representatives, which have terrible attitudes and horrible manners when dealing with such issues. We have been hung up on even though we have been respectful and polite. They have given us plenty of attitude and have denied us communication with supervisors and managers

We got our dining room table from here, which we love. The showroom isn't that fancy and the location is in a strip mall, but it's large, has a lot of choices and reasonable prices. We are very happy with the quality of our purchase! Their delivery fee is reasonable too.

Wow! I really feel sorry for this business in Natomas, California, called "One Stop Furniture", because I've just been scammed by the online business, called "1StopFurniture" in New York City! Please, everyone....these are NOT the same people that ripped you off!!! I did my due diligence, or so I thought, by researching and reviewing the online company before placing an order, but they sent me a knock-off Ashley bed anyway. (We're retired, so I try to be extra careful.) I wish I'd shopped at "One Stop Furniture" instead of "1StopFurniture" and although I might have paid a little bit more, I would have been a lot happier right now!! So, review the scammers hard and make sure you don't leave bad reviews that hurt good businesses!!

do not order from this company!! they are scammers. they charged us extra for two power packs that came with our sofa and loves seat then delivered our furniture damaged. they would not return our calls or emails. no customer servic!!!

We made an order for dining chairs on September 2nd. It was pushed back 4 times because of delays from the manufacturer, which while disappointing to not have any sort of an accurate eta, we can understand. What we can't understand, is being lied to by customer service representatives. I called on November 2nd and was promised they would ship by November 15th. I called on the November 16th and was told the order was boxed and waiting for pick up from Fed-Ex. I called back on the 17th, and was told the new eta was December 15th. This is the absolute worst customer service I've received. Absolutely steer clear and order elsewhere.

The above response is regarding my bed that I ordered on 7/5/22. I have never received a clear answer on why my bed has yet to be delivered, I received everything else In the bedroom set. I am not really sure what happened, I am so tired of hearing "sorry for the inconvenience " I find this so funny because I currently have NO BED, so not sure if they truly understand INCONVENIENCE ... PLEASE BEWARE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
