This place is so fun! Great community, great coaches and an even better well rounded workout. Great for newbies and anything in between!

OTF Land Park came in clutch when I had to fit into my wedding dress. I've struggled with weight for a long time and they were very good about listening to me when I explained my history with my ED and my limitations due to an accident in 2015.I worked on my nutrition and worked out 4/5 times a week at OT. The coaches there are literally the best and it's because of them that I felt amazing on my wedding day. I continue to go to classes to maintain a healthy lifestyle. What I love most about this location is the community that is built not only with the coaches, but with other members that you get to know. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are two. THANK YOU OTFLP!!!

I was hesitant to join this gym as it was a major step away from the smaller ones I had been going to. I immediately was drawn to the support of the trainers (Conner and Tawni) and welcome from the amazing staff. The classes are great. You come in and don’t have to think. You don’t socialize. You sweat and work. That’s what a gym should be.Added bonus that you can check into any gym. They make it super easy to get in shape and stay that way.Lastly, I love the personal welcome you get while checking into the gym from the front desk staff. They are always personable and helpful. They set the tone for a fun and accepting experience.

from 5 star to 2 starcurrently must walk about 70 yards after parking. Took out all the parking that was previously available. Will really hesistate to go there and just go to Midtown or Natomas instead.

So this is an in and out kind of place. It is effective as far as health, but for me the business model makes me feel a bit like a lab rat. Class shuffles in. Class shuffled out. Don't hangout, don't stretch and get ready. Get in. Get out. Repeat.

Amazing desk staff. Sophia, Jorge, & Jessica are wonderful staff who work really hard to keep everything running smoothly at the gym. They especially carried things for a while when they were transitioning managers. The gym is the cleanest and hottest in temperature. The issue is bad customer service with management and the group that owns the franchise. They sold a bad heart monitor link to me, and I have yet to see a replacement. (It's been three months) When a product is bad, see all reviews on Reddit and elsewhere, the corporation should exchange for a regular burner. The link was very expensive. Instead I've been borrowing a heart rate monitor. This is difficult due to all my travel. The regional manager offered for me to pay half for one. I don't understand how this is a good policy. My home gym, MidTown, owned by another owner offered to make it right even though it wasn't their fault. We have been attending Land Park due to the scheduling convenience in comparison with Midtown. MidTown has the best customer service...it's just full at the hours we would like to visit at times. It's a popular place. We are really disappointed that the lack of integrity with Land Park's owners and upper management make it difficult to further endorse.

If I could rate this place a 10* I would. The main reason why I was driving 20 minutes to this specific location was.... Cleanliness, friendly and super supportive staff. The main ones I've had interactions with was Jorge (He makes THE BEST MOTIVATION BOARDS) Tawny, Eric and my favorite of them all was coach Conner. His energy and good vibes are amazing!. I am not a super coordinated person and did struggle with following the proper forms of exercises on the floor but the coaches were always very attentive to my needs to make sure I was doing them correctly. Don't hesitate to check it out, they let you have a trial class prior to joining. Don't let it scare you like I was in the beginning.... They help you throughout your journey, they have amazing playlists and you will enjoy your workouts.

HARD TO CANCEL. Do NOT opt of the email notifications because that means even the emails about your account status. I suspended due to injury 11/2022. When the time ended I didn't get the email that payments resumed because I opted out of what I thought were promotional emails (no all emails). I take responsibility for not contacting the studio at end of my suspension to cancel. I requested a refund for 2 months as I had clearly not attended the gym. Staff called and advised not able to refund despite it being an honest oversight and clear demonstration that I had not attended. This SUCKS. I actually stopped attending because I noticed the Coaches kept changing, the front desk staff kept changing and the Great Coaches were clearly being over worked and under appreciated. I originally joined Midtown and had communication and canceling was not hard or an issue, they welcomed me back any time. I joined Land Park because it was closer. I get it it's my responsibility, I was basically told hey you opted out of emails and there's nothing that can be done.

I absolutely love the coaches and staff at this OTF location. Everyone is sooo welcoming and so friendly. For someone who was completely new to the community, they welcomed me so graciously. I truly appreciate how the front staff/coaches try to memorize the clients name. They truly have an amazing customer experience. The location itself is maintained and clean. Love OTF fam!

Started coming here after I moved, loveee it so much. I used to go to the el dorado hills ones but this one is much bigger. I think I really like that aspect and one time I went, there were at least 20+ people in my class. I highly recommend this location. The parking isn't bad either. You are easily able to find a spot. Can't wait to keep going!!!

Was so excited for my first workout after having my baby, but I never got to experience it. You have to be 30 mins early for your first workout, which I really tried to make but between needing to comfort my toddler and my baby needing to nurse longer than expected, I was running a little late. An employee called while we were driving to tell us the cut off was 8 am and we told them we were a few mins away and they said that was fine. We arrived at 8:01 am and the two hadn’t communicated because the employee at the front desk said we missed the cutoff and needed to leave and pay a $35 late cancellation fee. We spent over 5 mins arguing back and forth…time that could have been spent doing our paperwork and getting the tour. They finally agreed that we could still workout but by now we felt so mistreated that we just asked them not to charge us, which they agreed to. Another group walked in over 5 mins after us and the employees rolled their eyes and asked if they were with us…like it was our fault that now EVERYONE was late. I’ve been to so many gyms and have never been treated like this.

OTF is my kind of gym! I don’t know what I’m doing and I get easily intimated with gym equipments, so I love that after a long day at work, a professional coaches me through the whole workout.I’ve been in and out of different gyms for several years but nothing ever stuck for very long. I am very happy to say, I’m finishing up my 6th month (that’s half a year) here at Land Park OT and I cannot be more proud of myself. I’ve had a lot of first here at OT. First time in my life I’ve committed to the gym for 6 months straight without a break (trust me, I’m really good with excuses lol), gone to the gym 3 times a week consistently (planning is key, I know because I have 3 kids under ten and they have a lot of extracurricular activities + homework), ran a whole mile in 10 minutes flat (even better than my high school days), and best of all, I even made gym friends. The facility is clean, the coaches are energetic, and the staff knows me by name. I am loving my time at OT Land Park and I look forward to celebrating my 100th class there as well as my 1 Year anniversary with OT!!If I had to say one negative thing about OT, it would have to be the cost. But then again, you get what you pay for, so if you want something nice, expect the price tag to be nice as well.

This place is great with a wonderful staff. This is the only gym that has really worked for me and I have gone consistently since they opened in October 2021. I am 51 years old and in the best shape of my life. OrangeTheory works if you work at it. Can't say enough positive things about OTF Land Park.
