Came in with a dead battery. Miguel ran a couple tests on it and found that the cells were bad and the battery needed to be replaced. Even installed it for me. Luckily it was still under warranty and I didn't pay a thing! Thanks a ton Miguel!

The manager is a really nice man. But as for his older white male employee he was rude racist also through the part I needed because I felt he wasn't helpful. Goes to show as a women you can't even get help n a male dominate industry. Also the issue he said is cu I'm fat and Mexican.

The alarm on my car was continuously going off. I thought it might be the battery, so I took it in to get checked. Luke was there and troubleshot everything. He looked online to help me, and he realized it was my key fob. He took it apart and fixed everything for me. He definitely went above and beyond. I recommend coming here for your service needs.

Ok, I've been a customer here for almost 20 years, so this review is long overdue!I've always found what I needed for my cars and received amazing customer service each and every time.Recently, I've had amazing service from Luke, and he helped me get a part shipped in for my special car.Although the shipping part was a tiny bit lengthier than estimated, the quality of service didn't change and my looking into this issue was still met with kindness (no assumption about me being disgruntled or having "attitude" like other businesses have treated me).O'Reilly employees are professional, and they are there to help and make sure your car gets what it needs.

Hi, for health reasons this message was delayed for about 2 months, and I apologize to the employee that helped me!! I want to give a great big THANK YOU and pat on the back for an employee, I forgot I needed a headlight, I was over that way but remembered I didn't have my correct walker with me. I called in to the store gave the info of what was needed and asked if they could just get it to the register as time permitted for them, I would wait a little bit and come in to pay, I just couldn't walk around the store. An employee came to the door a few short minutes later, I was parked right at the door asked if I was there for the bulbs and they were at the counter. I went in, paid and the employee asked if I was going to be able to put it in, (of course not, I'm old and on a walker!!) LOL!! He offered to try to do it for me and he was successful!! I even tried to pay him but he would not accept the money. I'm rambling on with all details as this young man went out of his way with kindness and customer consideration. I PRAY I have his name right, it was, I believe, Kelvin or Kelton (?). Having worked in the CS field for over 40 years I know what excellent CS is, and this young man went above and beyond! Bottom line is, I hope he is appreciated by management and they appreciate his professionalism. Thank you again. pj

I recently visited the Natomas O'Reilly Auto Store on a Sunday (10/22/23), and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. My Kia Sportage's front headlight needed replacement, and the level of service I received was truly commendable.The manager and the entire staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. They went above and beyond, even taking the time to personally assist me in replacing the headlight bulb. Their expertise and willingness to help made the process seamless and stress-free.I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. It's rare to find such a high level of customer care, and it certainly sets the Natomas O'Reilly Auto Store apart. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

I hate to give bad reviews but, I went to the store to return a couple items i bought earlier today. I respectfully requested for a refund. The staff named Luke just gave me the meanest look. And went i gave the receipt, he rolled ur and throw it over his head to the back. The whole process was really disrespectful. If u dont want customers to return unwanted items, then plz change ur return policy to NO RETURN. thank u
