I haven’t been to an auto shop in decades and remember most of the staff were men back then, but this O’Reilly store had mostly women staff. It was definitely a nice surprise. ❤️First time here and it can be overwhelming, especially when all I know is how to put gas in the car. But I was greeted with a warm welcome. They tested and checked out what I needed. They were knowledgeable and Daniel even installed the part I needed. Thank you!! ?? Awesome and amazing customer service. I would definitely return many more times for the best customer service in Sacramento!! ?

Scam service and overpriced. Bought a Dorman part and tried to exchange when I went to manager Daniel he said can't help you. Said it was original oem. Part had scratched off serial number and damaged. It was in a Dorman box and I paid for it employee pulled it out the back and gave to me. I explained to him this and he still said can't help you go through corporate. Scammers don't go there.

Outstanding service! I rebuilt the front end suspension on my 2007 Beetle Convertible last week and was in the Gerber Road Store 4-5 days in a row. Everyone from the Manager to every Associate was helpful, friendly, understanding and went over and beyond to assist me and make my front end experience better! This store never has a bad day! Thanks again!

Came here to exchange my battery because I still had warranty. Girl told me oh because I still had a quarter life left it's still good. So basically wants me to wait until warranty and battery dead to purchase a new one. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service here is the worse on 07/21/23 around 3:30pm to 4:30pm. I come in here because my car battery died at Foodco and a white female worker with a tattoo on her neck there was rude asf, ask if I can borrow a jump pack and didn't even really wanted to let me used it because it has to be at there parking lot blah blah bs. And I said, how about if you can ask one of your coworker follow me there, it's just two minute away that doesn't take long and she said no as well. She was being unhelpful and then she decided to let me used it from her aggravating behavior and giving me all sorts of attitude saying you need to be quick! Rushing me, trying to think I was gonna steal the jump pack when obviously she have my ID. Trying to think I wasn't gonna come back! She should be fired! And also another incident was this Pilipino worker there was also trying to kick me out in this hot weather because I was waiting for the tow truck driver to come and ask me to wait at McDonald across to sit there instead, because earlier I asked if its possible if they have a chair that I can wait for it to come and they refused. Those two employee should be fired and hope corporate see this and investigate this! O'reilly service does no go above and beyond for their customer! I wouldn't want to shop at this place if this is how you gonna be treated.

Employees just pass you off to the next so they can sit on their cell phone. There is only one helpful employee that works here. O'Reily Auto Parts has lost my business.

I came here during a weekend looking for motor oil. The store seemed clean and well organized. I was about to buy the motor oil that I came for, when I thought to look online to compare prices. The motor oil that I needed cost $35 dollars at O'Reilly Auto Parts. When I looked on Amazon the price for the exact same product was $26 dollars. I asked the guy at the check out area if I could buy it for $26 dollars, he said no, so I left and bought the motor oil on Amazon. Good thing I have Prime.
