Sales associate Brandon provided excellent customer service, I was stumped trying to put on new wiper blades, Brandon was a problem solver and got the blades installed without a problem, even showed me a great way to install them due to the hood being in the way. I really appreciate his customer service. Thanks again Brandon!

bought the tool, came home, opened the tool, turned out to be used, brought it back, the guys didn’t take it, they said that I used it, the attitude of the employees is terrible, I don’t recommend coming here

For an auto parts store that's every where you would think that there parts would be good., but no. I recently went through like 4 alternators before giving up and taking my car to the shop. The manager attempted to help even had the part delivered to my house because he could see the frustration & understood the urgency of what I was doing. That would the only reason I'd think about going back.

I purchased something on-line as it was not in stock there and paid for it online - Store: 2807 Invoice #: 240005 When I got there to pick it up Zac insisted that I did NOT pay for it and if I wanted it I needed to pay for it again. Store: 2807 Invoice #: 240428. I needed the part so I paid again and would deal with it later. I showed him the e-mail and he said "You didn't Pay for it". Not sure why he would say that and I have e-mail O'Reilly asking for a refund for one of them. I will no longer go there! You can see the receipts attached, on-line and in-person.

Went in to get a part, the guy helping me out told me he had to make a phone call first, and then went on to helping 3 more people and completely ignored me. Trash!
