If I could give adapth health no stars I would they have horrible service. I am completely out of oxygen and they don't care. Even though I'm in an emergency situation they refuse to provide oxygen to me. I'm required to wear oxygen 24 hours a day. I would think twice before I used their services.

Awful customer service. Could not get ahold of the company for CPAP replacement parts for months. They finally began sending emails in April, only to send us to collections in May. We are being charged $800 for a machine that was unusable due to outdated parts. I cannot get ahold of a representative that will resolve this issue. EVERY time they "transfer" my call to another department, they hang up on me without fail!!!

This company has very poor customer service. The customer service staff is poorly trained, rude and discourteous. They seem to reading robotic scripts without trying to understand the problem customer may be facing. Looking for alternative options.

It seems almost redundant to post another negative review about this company, but the more warning potential customers have, the better. After having terminated Pacific Pulmonary's essentially worthless service, it took them eight months to pick up their equipment. In the meantime, they continued to send bills for services that had long ago been paid for by Medicare. Their billing appears to be a sham, done automatically and without regard to whether they've already received payment.I intend to send them a bill for eight months of equipment storage.

Awful service, terrible communication and overall incompetence. Still waiting for supplies after order three months ago. Avoid and use another company if you actually need supplies. Lastly, don't give them your phone number because they are phone stalkers. They'll call two or three times a day to restock but never actually send the supplies. ?

0 Stars, they have worst customer service I have ever had for any product. My CPAP is under warranty and I cannot get in contact with anyone to replace it.

Nothing but bad experiences, I was just on hold for 1 1/2 hours. They’ve sent me products I didn’t need or asked for. I’m trying resolve an issue with a brand new CPAP machine that’s making valve noises, and it’s not PP’s fault. Trying to reach someone and explain is a another story. Customer Service is overwhelmed, and understaffed, and I’m trying to figure out why?

After having a bad experience with Apria, I walked out before getting my CPAP machine. Called my friend who was very happy with the company she was using, cleared it with my doctor and insurance company and went to Pacific Pulmonary in Sacramento. They have just changed over to AdaptHealth. It meant an hour drive but was well worth it. Very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable...they were a pleasure to work with. I feel certain their service will match my initial experience.

I have to say the experience I have had with this company has been nothing but horrible. Since I cannot write a review with 0 stars I had to at least provide one when I think that even a 1 is overly rating this company. Back in May we rented an oxygen concentrator and oxygen tank and I was I was informed for the timeframe that I needed the equipment it would be $x amount of money and I agreed to pay as my relative was in from another country temporarily. When I was done with the rental equipment I called and advised then can pick up the equipment sooner than what was originally discussed and was informed that the equipment wouldn't be able to be picked up until July 15. I asked ok since its going to be picked up 3 weeks after I have called to return the equipment are you guys going to charge me. I was informed that no because I al calling the end of June for the equipment to be picked up I would no longer need to pay as of that date. Boy did that have me misinformed again.

So you have to do you resupply order over the phone. 8 days later I receive my order, well some of it, a nasal mask but none of the 6 cushions I ordered. Had to read the confirmation e-mail for my order to the piece of shower mold that answered the phone on their end. Prior to those 8 days I had to send several e-mails and had several calls to UC Davis sleep center between my doctor, his nurse and myself just to get the order going. And don't get me started on billing. If I receive one more letter threading to send me out to collections the s*!t is going to hit the fan. I have proof of payment and still continue to get harassed. This has to be the most unprofessional medical company I have ever dealt with. I would have given then zero stars for a rating if that was possible. Run away!!! Don't use them!!!! Horrible. Read the reviews before you get caught up like I did.

Promised to fix equipment on Friday. No show. No answer to phone call. They should be out of business except a deal with Acute Care Center pay offs.

This craptacular company seems to have a monopoly on the equipment necessary for patients requiring C-PAP machines in our area. This is unfortunate. They take forever to get things going, don't respond in any timely fashion, send the wrong replacement supplies, and merrily bill you regularly no matter what. Their customer service reps are the WORST of the worst. They don't give two teeny turds about their patients, and it shows with every sarcastically delivered and placating excuse they utter. They talk over you, they argue, they tell you you are wrong, and worse...you never get the same story or excuse more than 1 time. Write down the name they give you, and when you have to call again because the order is incorrect, they'll tell you they don't have a person by that name working I had to call to update a debit card and when they young man didn't get it and wouldn't stop blathering away and let me talk-he just talked non-stop and when I said anything talked faster and louder-I actually had to scream "stop talking" into the phone. I told him you ARE NOT LISTENING TO ME. I am TRYING TO PAY MY BILL. Good lord I thought I was going to have an aneurism. The latest: We have LITERALLY had at a minimum 5 phone calls a day EVERY day for over two weeks reminding us to call to reorder supplies. When I called to ask them to stop she said I was exaggerating. I'm going to send her a copy of my phone bill, with the calls highlighted. Almost 70 calls†good grief! Don't ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, as they are never, EVER available. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would gleefully do so. If you can go ANYWHERE else for your pulmonary supplies, go!

Got the cpap and someone went through how to work it. The first mask didn't work and I called they sent me a second mask asking me which one did I want. Heck if I know. Second mask leaks when laying down. At that point felt embarrassed and couldn't figure out how to use the cpap. No one checked on me to help me meet the compliance period. It's like I just disappeared and cpap machine went into the closet. Now I'm dealing with insurance company and this company refuses to answer why they didn't help me meet compliance and make sure I could use the machine or that it was working ok. Extremely unhelpful company. If you know nothing about cpap therapy I don't recommend it

Absolutely horrible patient care. My husband used their oxygen equipment for over 5 years bc once Medicare starts paying the extreme high monthly rates, you are advised not to change companies. Believe me we wd of changed companies if we cd of!
