The atmosphere is great and the workers are helpful. But the return policy is a joke. Last year I purchased an item around Thanksgiving as a gift. The return window had expired by Christmas. This year I purchased jewelry. Only to be informed that all jewelry sales are final. This is disappointing and makes it impossible to purchase gifts at this store.

I had the greatest service here from beginning to end. More people need to refill their prescriptions here. It's been a nightmare going through CVS, Kaiser, Walgreens, and Walmart. At Parkside, I submitted my subscription, and they had it ready the next day. Everyone here was extremely friendly, helpful, and led with love. I can tell the leaders of this facility treat their employees really well. Thank you for your service, Parkside.

I love this pharmacy, I actually enjoy going here. I go for my own and my pet's prescription. They are always friendly and there is very little wait time if any for pick up.

Such a wonderful neighborhood place to not only utilize as your pharmacy but also a great place to pick up a special gift for someone. I went in with my elderly father to pick up his medications. We were immediately greeted warmly and asked if we needed any assistance. Incredibly friendly staff. John, the pharmacist and owner, was so sweet and kind to my father. When reviewing his new medications, he recognized my father and acknowledged him by his first name. He was thorough, kind and patient.

Wow! Was in the gift area today and the brunette that works the gifts area was an incredibly rude individual. She spoke rudely to a colleague, saying, "you bothered me for that?" Wish there were no stars to give. Shoppers beware

Jackie, Alex, and John are gems of pharmacists. I can't ask for better health care professionals to take care of my prescriptions for my cats. Jackie specifically always makes sure to return my phone calls when I'm anxious about how to give my cat a capsule. Whenever I'm in line, Eric remembers who I am and greets me with warmth. Telling all my friends and family to transfer their business here!

Easy to reorder prescription by phone. Pickup less than 3 days. Sometimes, the same day or following day it's ready for pickup.

Pill medications for my Chihuahua were created in liquid form by Parkside. I was having difficulty getting her to take pills. I hated shoving them down her throat. And she'd cough them back up. The liquid administered by syringe has been less trauma for us both. I so appreciate this pharmacy for helping us so much!

My old dog was having a hard time taking pills. Parkside made his meds into something he looked forward to. Bacon flavored and chicken flavored. What more could he ask? Liquid meds in his favorite flavor.

A great local pharmacy. I use Parkside for medicine for my cat. They compound at their location and don’t seem to have the same supply chain issues as my vet’s office.Refills are simple— a call to an automated phone system and delivery to my door.When I have gone to the location it is really a great store. More like a warm and unique gifting shop for wellness than a cold clinical pharmacy.I can’t recommend them enough.
