My favorite place to get my car washed in town. They make it easy for you by doing all the work. Highly recommend the package deals.

I was amazed at how great my vehicle wax detail turned out. Kudos to Ranzid in detailing for doing an excellent job on correcting and polishing my vehicle paint. Ranzid is an asset to your company as he is committed to doing a great job and has a good eye on the details of his work and takes pride in it . That is pretty hard to find nowadays. Thank you to Ranzid at the detail center for such a great job on my vehicle. I will be back for my automotive and detailing needs in the future.

First time here and wasn't asked when I drove up. It's almost as if I should know how things are run and where I should go. I asked for a service priced at $41.99, can't recall. I get out the car and told the guy this was my first visit where do I go!??You would think they would want to track new customers by asking first visit or returning?? You can definitely track clientele and new potential clientele. The guy told me up the ramp through the door. I walked in and realized they have an old nostalgic feeling about the place. Then I met Sam I believe. She greeted me with a smile and proceeded to check me out. She was really nice and she deserves 5 stars!! My rating is on the point of contact upon arriving to leaving.I walk outside and wait. My car came out pretty fast! I watch these 2 Indian men walk over talking, standing right next to each other for the 1st 5 minutes slowly grabbing the towels they threw on my hood. They proceeded to stay next to each other until one went into the car and the other to the tires. The one that was doing tires was looking at his phone, and was anchoring himself with his other hand to my car. They both paid no attention to details to my car. They both walked away and another man in a maroon/red shirt started to touch it up. The front grill was still dirty! Windows looked like someone half a$$ed cleaned them. Didn't even looked like my car was vacuumed. There were still dirt marks on my car with smears here and there. Then I looked at my wheels. They couldn't even dress the whole wheel(s) correctly!! Rims were still dirty!! $41.99 and I went to AMPM carwash to vacuum and clean what was left behind by 3 men who overlooked cleaning a car.Sam is great!! But the 3 men who "cleaned" my car is a representation of everyone, including those from the first point of contact when I arrived, of how bad/sloppy their work is!! I will not be back to support this business.

I am so disappointed. This used to be my go to detail shop. They were known for a good value service, with employees that wanted to make sure you felt good when you left. Pre Covid the pricing was on the higher side but was worth it because of the value you received. Now the price is really expensive and the value is low. $259 for a partial detail on a suburban is ridiculous. I heard they changed ownership and it went from a family business with a focus on reputation and quality of service. And transitioned into a take it or leave it proposition. They clearly don't need my business or anybody who really wants a good value. So cheers to Paviliion and good luck. I was surprised how quiet it was on a Friday afternoon, now I know why.

This is a place I wished I never visited. I went there for an oil change and little did I know, that oil change was going to cause so many issues, issues that the company has admitted fault to yet they have done nothing to remedy the situation. They changed my oil and I went on my way to the Bay Area, 60 miles later while I'm on the freeway my vehicle flashes LOW OIL PRESSURE and I pull over. I look under the vehicle and it's all covered in oil and the dipstick has no oil on it. I call them and they told me they would reimburse me for getting the vehicle towed back home (Sacramento). I got it towed back home and since at this point I had ZERO faith in the Pavilion quick lube, I towed it to an auto repair shop to have it looked at. They proceed to tell me the oil change place broke my oil filter housing, installed it on my vehicle and sent me down the road which caused the oil to leak out of the engine as im driving it.To add insult to injury, they(Pavilion) admitted to having the part they broke from the filter housing in their possession and they also have video of them totally butchering the simple oil change. Even with this evidence they have refused to reimburse me for anything. This incident has happened over a month ago and they stopped communicating with me and will not answer my calls or emails. I submitted invoices and receipts for the costs I incurred due to their mistake and they have not reached back with a resolution. So if you think these people have your back, or they will own up to their mistakes and make things right. You are sadly mistaken. They will do everything in their power to ignore issues and sweep everything under the rug or find a way to make everything your fault. This place is the exact reason why quick lube places get a bad reputation, and for this establishment its a well deserved bad reputation.STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! You have been warned.Spend your hard earned money somewhere else and support businesses with actual morals and integrity.

I have tried this place half a dozen times because it's convenient but the car wash is getting so bad I won't go back. Today I went and got the works plus mats and tires . The windows are dirty, the doors or seat have not been wiped . Like not at all. I'm not really even sure what they did. I'm super disappointed and would not recommend. One plus is the gentleman that gives you your ticket was pleasant. Other then that I will never go back.

IF I COULD. I WOULDNT even give them a star. First and only time I will ever come here. Was recommended by my bf because of the quality of work. Sure it was great until I returned to my car ransacked middle console and a missing $50 in there. Of which was going to tip them because of the good reviews received from my bf. The asst. manager was called and came out to take my info. Told me he would call me and I NEVER received that call either. NEVER WILL EVER GO HERE. NO ONE OWNS UP TO SHIT.

Definitely not the quality wash & clean service you got before the pandemic. Front of car was crusted with bugs, rear vacuum was poor. As I was checking out my car the girl kept holding out her hand asking for the receipt. I eventually had to get a manager to clean inside of window. When I dropped off the car I specifically asked if they could remove some new car adhesive; they said they could. The manager was very nice and worked diligently to remove the adhesive, which I thanked him for. However, this should have been taken care of when they told me the car was ready.Services: Vacuuming

Outside wash very good. Guys doing inside and wheels are terrible. Windows streaky. They never used a new cloth. Used same one for door jams and then Windows. Inside just cleaned the top of surfaces. Wheels barely touched. And they weren't even busy!

This used to be the best car wash in Sacramento, very disappointed last 2 visits. Smeared glass, bugs on coners of windshield, glossy interior surfaces not touched. Probably the same everywhere. Won't be spending $65 with good tip anymore.

I've been to this service twice. The first time (early September 2023), I got an oil change and upgraded to The Pavilion car wash. After the wash, there were still entire streaks of dirt that didn't really make sense, especially when I selected a 20% tip at the register before getting the truck. I hadn't seen it before I left, but I noticed it at my next stop. I figured I'd give this place a 2nd shot and went back today, Sep 29th, and just got The Pavilion. After having spent almost $68 for the wash and a 15% tip, there were water streaks all down the front of my hood that I cannot buff out, and they left their buggy inside on the passenger seat. The buggy doesn't bother me, but having these streaks all down the front of my hood is absolutely infuriating, and I'm not sure what it's going to take to get those off of my vehicle and ruins the entire appearance of the truck. Needless to say, I don't plan on returning.

Best place to bring your car to get an oil change and detail at the same time! Very good service and quality.

I've been here before but the last time I went. I was not happy, my car was still a little dirty , And on top of that they charge $5 per Mat to be cleaned. When I already spent 50+. That doesn't make any sense to me.

I’ve lived in the area for years and used to bring my old car until I realized that it wasn’t because my car was old, it was because it actually wasn’t being fully cleaned. Fast forward about 2 years and out of desperation due to a neck injury I decided to try again. Lo and behold, same story 2 years later. My new car has red spots due to the dust of a redwood tree getting wet. Instead of the staff checking to see if it would easily come off before running it through the wash, they moved forward. But also had upsold me on adding the ceramic wax coating. Now I have a car with red spots on it still, and a ceramic wax coating over that. Of course, at the end of the service, the employee tried again to upsell me on additional services to remove the spots. I now have to pay someone (it definitely won’t be Pavilions) to strip the wax they’ve added and clean my car properly. Additionally, I had to ask the guy to wipe the door and window that still had their employees' fingerprints on it.I wash my car every couple of weeks and it’s only a year old. It’s kept in great condition so I know what’s there and what isn’t. Furthermore, the red spots do come off when I wash the car with Maguire’s wash, so this just tells me their drive-thru wash is probably nothing more than 1-tenth soap, and 9-tenths water. If I ever find myself in desperate need of help with a car detail, I'll happily use an independent solo detailer that's cares about their customers and knows the definition of a detail.
