I would not use this Pet Hotel.. We were going on vacation to see some family and thought we would use this Petsmart as it would be better to have our fur babies close rather than 10 hours away (where they usually go) well the staff is extremely rude, and to be honest we dropped them off and our reservation was wrong so our sweet boys had to be in crates for 3 days , and when we picked them up no one spoke to us , they gave us our dogs and we paid and that was it.. Our dogs have not been the same since, they came back with damn near the same amount of food that they went with which tells me they hardly ate in 3 days and when we picked them up they both were so thirsty, super dirty and smelt like urine... forgot to give us our dogs food dishes and blankets 😑 Just the worst experience ever and would NOT recommend this place EVER!!!!

Had my pomchi groomed today. The staff at PetSmart were very nice and helpful. Maya came out looking like a new puppy. I am so happy with the service. I highly recommend! And the price was fantastic!

Love how nice the staff are and very helpful. Lots of variety of everything. Prices are a little high but worth it depending on what you get. I also like that they have Banfield Pet Hospital there.

Petsmart in Natomas for boarding is has employees that do not know how to take care of dogs. I usually go to Folsom with great dog care but twice had to take my Lab to Natomas. Both ti.es my trip was interrupted by the same staff member saying my female Lab playing rough and causing fights among other dogs. The other staff said they had no issues with her. I have never had that complaint from any training center nor boarding center. The woman needs to stop managing dogs and get a better job.

PetSmart is a huge place with everything for pets you can think of, from a groomer, to a Banfield pet hospital, to specialty diet foods for animals that need them, to regular foods, treats, toys of all kinds, cat grass, and aquatic pets too, also bird cages and feed, and kennels for multiple dogs, to singular pet kennels for cats,dogs for travel, you will find everything your animal needs to make your pet safe and healthy and happy, a happy pet is a happy pet owner, your even allowed to take your pet in the store leashed or kenneled to see if certain items will be right for your pets needs, I hope this helps and doesn't show my partiality for this store.... much, the only reason it didn't give it five stars is they are a bit pricey, you could get some of the same stuff cheaper on Amazon but you would have to wait at least 2 days or more, then if the item wasn't right for the animal then you would have to send it back, which I don't like doing.

My dog came home with a nasty rash on her back and I was charged the extra 18 dollars, even though I was there before 12 and the lady took so long on the computer by the time she was done it was 12:02
