This company has terribly rude workers and have no idea what they are doing. They refused to bill my insurance and said it wasn't possible and then got snarky telling me that billing my insurance was complimentary and they didn't have to do that so I should be thankful they even tried. I had to go my insurance on the phone with them to explain to them how you bill claims and all of a sudden my bill went from $2,000 to $295. This company needs somer serious help.
