I’ve always had good luck with the friendly atmosphere of this pharmacy. I recommend coming to fill your prescription here. But overall I have not had bad experiences with Kaiser pharmacy anyway.

For the longest time I would prefer to go to the Elk Grove Big Horn pharmacy because that's where my kids see their pediatrician. However, when refilling my son's medication they didn't have it and Kaiser's pharmacy on Wyndham showed up. I submitted for the prescription to go to the Kaiser South Tower yet accidentally came to this location, they're both on Wyndham. Happy accident I must say because I prefer to come here for all our medication pickups! This review is strictly for the pharmacy. I love coming here as their service is extremely quick. Out of all my visits over the last 6 months there was only one time I waited for probably 10 minutes in line. This only occurred because I came on a Friday at 4 pm, peak time. The pharmacists are friendly, helpful, and seemed pleased to assist in anyway they could. Love this! And as a FYI, you can dispose of your sharps here if you don't want to have to drop it off at a specific center that accepts. I dropped off my son's Dupixent needles, in a hard plastic and secure container, after grabbing his new medication. This drop box is located at the bottom of the stairs near the main entrance and across from the pharmacy.

I have never been so pleased and obviously not aware of how your doctors and your insurance company should take care for you. I just signed up with Kaiser the first of this month and I’m really surprised at how much attention they are giving me I appreciate it and I hope that it continues as long as I keep Kaiser Permanente Health Insurance.

Place has gotten horrible over the years. My sight has gotten worst since the last time I got them checked in 2020 so I had to make an appt months in advance and they cancelled last minute the day of. Didn't even bother rescheduling me. Now I'm hoping I don't have to wait another 6months to be seen.

Do not come here for Mental Services as they won't help or support you. You can beg and plead and they just look at you like your crazy. Told them I didn't want to live and they offered me a beta blocker.

The staff members here are great. They saved my husband's life. The physicians & nurse here are straight forward, considerate and communicated with me by updating me on the progress of my husband & I very much appreciate that. Shout out to ICU 4 & 3rd floor they worked as a team and gave excellent care from the Physicians, RNs, PCTs, RTs & Phys Therapist. My husband Andrew & I are forever grateful.

I have been having weak eyesight on and off for a few years now, but never got enough courage or time to make an appointment. My eyes didn't always seem problematic. I see OK most of the time except when I'm stressed, tired or on the computer for too long of a time. I took a 23 & Me DNA test and it stated that I have a slight increased risk for "Age Related Macular Degeneration". That has always stuck in the back of my mind, so I thought I better stop putting things off and have my eyes officially checked. After I got my yearly exam done with my physician, I mentioned my eyesight and he had this facility call me soon after, to schedule an ophthalmology exam. I was surprised how quickly he got the ball rolling, because when I tried to schedule on my own, the vision department was totally booked up for several months! When my appointment time arrived, I was able to see Dawn Vo, OD. Even though I was a little nervous, Dr. Vo made me feel at ease right away. She was very kind and patient as she performed all the necessary vision tests, and explained each procedure. She was very thorough with my exam all the while keeping the area and equipment clean and sterile via Covid-19 protocols. I learned that my vision was not too bad and I needed some corrective lenses. She wrote me a prescription that I could take to wherever I chose, or use the optical department on the premises. To which I decided to do.I scheduled a separate appointment for the "Vision Essentials" department in the same building days later. This time I was assisted by Sonia Askew, Optical Dispenser. She too was extremely nice and helpful, explaining to me all the ins and outs of choosing glasses. I tried on quite a few styles, colors and designs. It was a hard decision but since my eyes weren't so bad, I had to go as cheap as possible. Which surprisingly they had available! I was so worried that I would be in deep debt! I don't care about designer eye wear. Just give me the basics! LOL! Anyway, Sonia was very understanding and got me through the whole process smoothly and efficiently! I can't say enough about the staff here at Kaiser Permanente Medical Facility! I felt comfortable here from beginning to end! Now, I won't put my eye sight off anymore!
